If you want the best location on the beach in Manzanita and a beautiful house, newly renovated with everything needed for a short or long stay, this is the place! Renae is a responsive and welcoming host who made our stay a breeze.

Loved the location - across the street from beach and quick 5 minute walk to town. Living spaces were all very nicely appointed, clean, uncluttered. Kitchen had everything we needed. Beds were comfortable and bathrooms are nice. The dog provisions were a nice bonus - not everyone does that even for dog friendly rentals.

The house was beautiful and clean. The kitchen was very well appointed. We had everything we needed to prepare our meals. One thing. We did question whether the warming drawer of the stove was working properly as it never seemed to get much above room temperature even on high after many hours. The beds were very comfortable. We would stay here again in the future.

Loved the clean, freshly remodeled interior and the stunning ocean views. The house was immaculate and very well stocked with towels etc… Renea was an extraordinary host, responsive and helpful. Between the location, views and comfort it was very well worth the price and we would gladly stay again.

Perfect location right on the beach and easily walkable to shops/restaurants. This rental was very clean and incredibly well-stocked. I was blown away by the high quality kitchen appliances and cookware and all the thoughtful touches like food storage containers, beach items, and binoculars. We loved the heated floors in the bathroom, the hot tub, and the gorgeous views from everywhere in the house. Our kids loved the ping pong table and easy beach access. Such a great find and a great family rental!

This is a fantastic property and Renae is a wonderful host. The house is perched right across from the glorious Pacific Ocean, you can walk to town easily, and the house itself is wonderfully appointed. It was perfect for our getaway and we will for sure be back when we make it to the Oregon Coast again! Thank you, Renae, for such a great stay and your lovely communication.

The home was immaculately clean, well stocked and furnished, and had excellent views of the ocean. The host was responsive and checkin/out was a breeze. It met and exceeded my expectations. If I have the opportunity to stay in the beautiful town of manzanita again this place would certainly be my first choice

Fantastic ocean side property. The location was perfect, with views of the beach and walking distance to shops and restaurants. The house was spotless and did not lack a thing. The back yard was unexpectedly beautiful as well, with many trees and grass. We would definitely stay again and recommend highly.

Renae's place was amazing! Just steps from the sand with continuous views of the ever-changing ocean. The home itself is so wonderfully done with thoughtful appointments throughout and everything needed to enjoy a week at the shore. Would definitely stay here again!

This is by far the nicest property we have stayed at. Everything was immaculate. The home had everything we needed. Most things were brand new. Very CLEAN! Right on the beach in close proximity to everything we wanted to see or do. Highly recommended. Will return.

Excellent communication with the host and easy-to-follow instructions. Beautiful beach side home. Very clean and well stocked. The best part was the easy walk to the beach and the sunset views from the front porch, kitchen, and living room couch. It is a short walk to quaint downtown Manzanita.

The space was modern, thoughtfully designed, clean and beautiful. We enjoyed our long weekend at the beach. Easy access, just across the street from the beach, to playing in the sand and viewing stunning sunsets.

The house is stunning and has great views of the beach. It is walkable to town and close to some other great beaches, hikes and other activities. The house itself is very well equipped with beautiful furniture, comfortable beds and high end applicances. Renae is an amazing hostand provided us with great ideas for tbings to do in the area. We could not recommend this house more highly reamazing host. She

I agree with all of the other reviews. Location was perfect, hosts were incredible, home was immaculate, heated floors in bathrooms were a luxury, hot tub was amazing. The ONLY thing keeping me from leaving a five star review is privacy. And the only reason I am leaving a note is so anyone who is concerned about privacy is aware since we were not. There are no window coverings on any of the windows except for the bedrooms. The loft, which is advertised as a third bedroom has a sliding door to the back yard that isn't covered, and in the evenings when the lights are on anyone who is driving by or who is sitting on the deck next door or in the rear of the house can see everything you are doing. It was a little unnerving for our group. It was lovely during the day to really see the view of the ocean, but pretty uncomfortable in the evenings. All-in-all a wonderful place to stay with my family, but probably wouldn't book again for this reason.
