We tore down a badly deteriorated home and replaced it with two new homes, each sharing a common soundproof wall. brbrOur home is over 3000 square feet on three levels, four bedrooms, 3 baths, large lower level with additional sleeping space, beautiful round rock gas fireplace, washer and dryer, decks front and back, two car garage, cruiser bicycles, pool table, wireless internet, flat screen TV's. The house is very well appointed and well stocked with supplies. brbrOn the basement level you will find a large living area with pool table and TV/DVD. Two bunk beds (double bottom and single top) provide sleeping for up to 6 people.brOn the main floor, the large living/dining/kitchen area has a breathtaking view of the Pacific and Prom. The Kitchens granite island provides additional seating for dining. A bathroom with tiled shower, bedroom with queen bed and laundry area can also be found on the main level.
