brPlease note: From June 15th until September 15th, we only rent by the week from Saturday to Saturday. The rest of the year we have a two-night minimum, except three-day weekends where the minimum is three nights.brbrOur home sits right on the Promenade in Seaside Oregon and has unobstructed panoramic views of the ocean out five large picture windows on the front of the house. Enjoy whale watching, the surfers and the vacationers walking on the Prom. The deck in the front makes it very enjoyable to sit and sunbathe or read while enjoying the beautiful ocean views.brbrThe house has been totally remodeled with granite and marble counter tops throughout, tiled floors in some areas and hardwoods in others. The remodeling of the bathrooms even includes heated floors. We did however maintain the cozy warm feeling that a river rock fireplace at the beach brings, especially when it's stormy. brbrDescription of bedrooms/bathrooms: On the main floor, there are two bedrooms, one with a queen bed and one with two twins. There is one full bathroom on the main floor (tub and shower). On the upper floor, there is a large family room with a queen bed, a twin bed and a trundle bed (containing two twins). Also on the upper floor, there is a master bedroom with a queen bed and another bedroom with one twin bed. There is a full bathroom on the upper floor (shower only). The basement has no bedrooms but has a half bathroom. brbrIn May of 2019 we remodeled the top floor of the house to accommodate a more open concept and make it a kid friendly environment. With bean bag chairs for watching movies and a 50 HDTV with a dvd player, the kids will have a ball. We also made some major modifications to the Man Cave and the utility room. In the Cave there is a 50 HDTV and a nice warm gas fireplace so the sports enthusiasts can enjoy their games in a retro-bar and then take a nap. There is also a foosball table. And there are dvd players on every floor so you can watch movies, as well as a couple of vhs players for old movies you might bring. The house is also wired, throughout the inside, so you can enjoy your music on the top floor and main floor. brbrThe kitchen has seating at the table for at least 10-12 for those family reunions or larger groups. The 12th Street Bridge, a local recreation spot for crabbing, fishing, local park and playground, is just a short walk away. brbrThe house has five bedrooms and comfortably sleeps twelve. Sleeping accommodations include three bedrooms with queen beds, a 'kids' room with 4 twins and a spacious master suite with a king bed. One of the queen rooms is located on ground level which is helpful for any guests that cannot climb stairs. The home is well stocked and very kid friendly coming with movies, bikes, and sand toys. For those with infants, the home also comes with a highchair, a pack-n-play, and a baby-swing available so just less to pack and worry about during your getaway. This home is located on a quiet dead end road so parents can comfortably let kids out to play and ride bikes. This location is the best Seaside has to offer. A stunning unobstructed oceanfront view, just steps to the promenade and only one hundred feet from stairs leading to the sand. Our home is newly constructed, finished in February of 2007. We tore down a badly deteriorated home and replaced it with two new homes, each sharing a common soundproof wall. brbrOur home is over 3000 square feet on three levels, four bedrooms, 3 baths, large lower level with additional sleeping space, beautiful round rock gas fireplace, washer and dryer, decks front and back, two car garage, cruiser bicycles, pool table, wireless internet, flat screen TV's. The house is very well appointed and well stocked with supplies. brbrOn the basement level you will find a large living area with pool table and TV/DVD. Two bunk beds (double bottom and single top) provide sleeping for up to 6 people.brOn the main floor, the large living/dining/kitchen area has a breathtaking view of the Pacific and Prom. The Kitchens granite island provides additional seating for dining. A bathroom with tiled shower, bedroom with queen bed and laundry area can also be found on the main level. Decks front and backed are accessed from the main level. brThe upper level features three bedrooms and two baths (one with a clawfoot tub). The large master bedroom has a private bath, king bed and a spectacular view of the Pacific and Tillamook Head. The second bedroom on the upper level has a full size bed and the third bedroom has two queen beds.brbrNo Pets and No Smoking. brbrOur Cancellation Policy allows up to a 100% refund.
