Feel free to explore the property, enjoy the gardens, and help yourself to the seasonal produce in the garden or blackberries, raspberries, & grapes in the backyard.brbrOur home offers a gourmet kitchen with Viking gas range and new stainless steel fridge, double ovens, dishwasher, & microwave in 2021. Vaulted entry and living room with plenty of space for the whole family. Help yourself to the books, dvd's, games, and toys located in the basement theatre room. Yamaha grand piano & piano music in the living room. The deck and outdoor barbeque area has ample seating. Guests have access to the entire house, minus the garage, master closet, and basement apartment. We are located in North Albany which is 5-15 minutes to OSU, Albany, or Corvallis.brbrIf your special event exceeds 16 guests we charge an additional $2,000 venue fee (not to exceed 30 guests due to limited parking). This fee is an additional fee on top of the regular occupancy rate. (Occupancy rate is not to exceed 16 people). You would be in charge of any additional garbage. We do not allow any rented equipment like chairs, tables, canopies, unless you have prior approval. Our home and gardens offer a perfect backdrop for weddings, receptions, family reunions, birthday parties, and/or special events…. But you will need prior approval and need to pay the additional $2,000 venue fee for the extra wear and tear on our home.brbrWe have 3 outdoor cameras around the house. Please do not tamper with them. They are linked to our thermostat and we’ve had to get a repair man to service it in the past. Any tampering with the cameras or indoor electrical boxes will be charged a $500 fine.brbrWe have a separate 800 square-foot basement apartment that my husband and I may stay in for a portion or all of your stay. This apartment has a separate entrance from the house. If we are in town you will more than likely not even know we are home because we are quiet and keep to ourselves. If you’re staying more than a week we will coordinate a time to mow the lawn so we do not disrupt any gatherings. There is an option to rent this space for an additional $350 per night.
