The bathroom boasts a relaxing clawfoot bathtub and a hair dryer. This is not a fancy place; this is a warm welcoming old house with all its flaws. But it is very comfortable. brThe downstairs basement area has a laundry room. The bedrooms are very small but cozy and comfortable.brThe patio in the back is a quiet place to have a BBQ, not a big area, but perfect for a small group, or medium dog. This house was remodeled three years ago, but most of the flavor of the house is still here. brAs a writer and artist, I always like to welcome the creative and rather laid-back people. When it is time to relax, throw on a record and read one of your favorites in the attached library.brbrAlso on the main floor is a spacious bedroom with en-suite bathroom with a king bed. The entire home is filled with countless antiques, artwork, and custom pieces to create the perfect blend of character and comfort. brbrAscending upstairs there are a couple different sections of the house. One has two additional bedrooms along with a full bath nearby. For more sleeping flexibility there is a twin day bed just outside the bedrooms which is perfect for kiddos or young adults.brbrThe other upstairs section of the home is perfect for fun and entertainment. There is a large couch and a huge TV to enjoy countless streaming options. If you are looking for a little competitive enjoyment there is a pool table, dart board, and putting mat for the group or family to thoroughly enjoy together.brbrDescending downstairs you will find a lower level that is quite special. Besides the laundry and some facilities related stuff, there is a final sleeping area that is a haven for the kiddos. The room has multiple twin beds as well as a twin over twin bunk. There is some comfortable seating and TV for streaming. The teepee is always a hit as well.brbrAs you can tell, this home was furnished a level of thought and care to facilitate most any group or family have a truly special time.
