The Town house is so comfortable. Great for summer or winter plenty of room to park snowmobile trailers and boats.brThe half bathroom is located down stairs and it is privet with key access through the laundromat.brThere is a wonderful park a short walk from the house it also has water features kids love it.brThis is a smoke free, pet free vacation rental absolutely no acceptations . No Service animals allowed because they would directly threaten the health and safety of the next guest, as we offer pet free accommodations for people with pet allergies and to our house cleaner who is allergic to pet dander as well. The presence of an animal fundamentally alters the nature of the housing. There would be no way we could clean thoroughly enough between guest to eliminate any and all allergens, left from an animal in the home. A cleaning charge of $300 and immediate cancelation will be enforce if any animals enter the rental or any smoking/vaping inside.

The cabin is two levels, with parking at each level. The upper level has a full kitchen with breakfast bar and open living/dining area that extend outside onto the covered deck which overlooks the lake. The kitchen has a refrigerator, propane range, dishwasher and is fully stocked with dishes, cutler, pots and pans and some basic spices. Paper towels and dishwasher soap are provided, and there is a barbecue with propane, on the deck. There is one bedroom with a king bed and a full bathroom with walk-in tiled shower on this level.brbrDownstairs, there is a cozy family room with a t.v. as well as access to the lower parking area. The couch doubles as a queen pull-out sofa bed. There are two additional bedrooms downstairs, each with queen beds and doors that directly access the lower deck. Concrete stairs lead down to the boat dock. There is a full bathroom with walk-in shower down here and an equipped laundry room.
