Adjacent to the great room is a large porch, ideal for outdoor dining and cocktails. On the same floor is an office and two bedrooms (double/single in one and 2 queens in another) with ensuite baths, one of which is handicap accessible.br The ground floor consists of foyer with elevator that services the 1st and 2nd story, a commercial grade ice maker, and plenty of covered and uncovered parking for up to 8 cars/trucks. The first residential floor features 2 spacious master suites, each with whirlpool tubs and walk in showers. Additionally, the master suites open to a deep private porch which overlooks the pool and grounds. On the same floor are 2 more bedrooms (two queens in one, 2 doubles in the other) with ensuite baths. A large laundry room with double washer and dryers is also on this floor. The top floor of the home is an exceptional space for children. Two bunk rooms, each with bunk beds and a single bed and trundle bed, share a full bath. A cozy TV room, pool table and wet bar are thoughtful additions to this level. The outdoor elements of the Broadfoot home set it above the rest. In addition to the exceptional ocean front location with private walkway to the beach and outdoor shower, the property includes a resort style pool and hot tub surrounded by lounge chairs. The pool can be heated in the cooler months of late April/May and October/early November. A 2nd enclosed outdoor shower is located under the house as is a ping pong table and bins filled with pool and beach toys.
