Exceptional ocean front home with pool in the heart of Wrightsville Beach

We have stayed at this house twice now, and it's great! It easily accommodates our large family at various ages and stages, and Virginia is a great communicator. The house is clean and well stocked, and is in a great location.

Location was fabulous - house is slightly dated and we had a terrible time with palmetto bugs. We understand it is a beach house, but spraying before we cam would have helped alleviate the sheer number of bugs crawling on pillows! The manager passed off the complaint to it is a beach house.

This house has everything you could possibly need! We were here for Thanksgiving with my family, ages ranged from 8-70yrs old. The house is well equipped with kitchen essentials, household items, etc…It was very clean and spacious. We loved the beach view and the location was perfect for walking into Wrightsville town. We will be back!

We had a wonderful 45th college reunion last week and everything was perfect! The oceanfront location and all the amenities were perfect. The house was beautiful and well appointed. The house manager was so kind, professional and easy to work with! Top north in every way!

Our entire family enjoyed staying at this house. The location couldn’t have been better and the house was clean comfortable.

We had an amazing time in Wrightsville Beach, and this house was perfect for our large family. The house was very well appointed and had plenty of great cookware, utensils, and accessories. The pool was great to have as well, and the property is beachfront so it's easy to get to the water quickly. We were also just a short 7–8-minute walk from downtown Wrightsville, so it was super convenient. Our host Virginia was very responsive to any requests or emails that we had about the property and while we were there. A top-notch property and we will definitely look at staying here again.

As expected, this house was fantastic. Plenty of room for a big group to be comfortable. Great location and beautiful beach. Things about it that were not necessarily on the listing: Positives * The outdoor decks are great! * The pool and hot tub were heated. Many properties will not heat them or charge you more. Here it was included. The pool and hot tub were AMAZING. Very clean and we really enjoyed them. * Having two dishwashers, refrigerators, and two washers/dryers was very helpful. * elevator was very helpful for the grandparents and for groceries! Negatives * Note that the property only includes 8 pool/beach towels. Clearly you will have more people there so you will need to bring extras. * The kitchen really does not have enough appointments to adequately serve a house-full. We had to use a LOT of paper plates. No small spoons in stock (?) The pots and pans were gross and very scratched and cheap. For this price, it was a disappointment. * No filtered water in the house. The fridges did not have water dispensers and the water filter under the sink was not attached. Hopefully that will be resolved as we did bring it up. * The grill was a dirty, greasy mess. We used it and there was plenty of propane; but it smoked like crazy when we we heated it up.

This house was everything and more! The direct beach front access, pool, hot tub, and plenty of parking for our guests was just amazing. The host was incredibly communicative, kind, and easy to work with! We had plenty of space and everything clean and tidy. Would recommend it 10 times over to anyone. It’s a must stay!!

From ages two to forty-two, this property was perfectly accommodating!
