Located at the desirable south end of Wrightsville Beach on a quiet cul-de-sac, this 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom, single family cottage is the perfect blend of seclusion and convenience. “Fritz” is just a short walk to the nearest beach access and is practically next door to the Crystal Pier and famous Oceanic Restaurant. Enjoy a sunset dinner on the pier or drop by SunDays Coffee Shop for an early morning cup of joe before combing the beach for amazing shells.

As you arrive at the house you will immediately notice the spacious front deck that is perfect for sunning, entertaining or just relaxing in the soft ocean breeze! The open floor plan warmly welcomes you into this charming home. Two large sliding glass doors open to the front deck and fill the space with natural light. Cuddle up with your loved ones on the sofa for a movie night or unwind in a cozy armchair with your favorite book. The house has Roku TV’s so that you can stream all your favorite shows conveniently, just like you do at home! The dining table overlooks the living room and offers seating for six people. A pass-through window on the bar provides additional seating and keeps the chef in the family visible as they craft their favorite meals. The galley style kitchen has everything you need to cook for any occasion or crowd.

Down the hall you will find the spacious primary bedroom. Furnished with a king size bed this suite offers a walk-in closet, private bathroom, and Roku TV. Across the hall from the primary bedroom is a guest bedroom with a king bed that will make comfortable accommodation for your family members. There is also a third guest bedroom on this level that offers a double bed. A hall bathroom serves the two guest rooms and visitors. There is also a washer and dryer in the hall for added convenience.

The downstairs level of the home has a spacious sitting area and bedroom with a queen size bed. The sitting area offers a twin-size day bed that can also double as a sofa. There is a twin trundle under the day bed making this room exceptionally versatile– perfect for teenagers or it can double as a secondary primary suite for travelers that prefer a little bit of space at the end of the day! A sliding glass door leads to a small private patio in the fenced back yard. There is also a full bathroom on this level which truly makes it a private oasis. “Fritz” is the perfect option for families and offers plenty of space for the whole family to hang out and enjoy each other’s company. A perfect mixture of sunshine and privacy – this is the relaxing beach vacation that you have been dreaming of!

Stay Requirements: Saturday to Saturday rental in Summer. Minimum of 3 nights in other seasons.
Bedding Configuration: 2 Kings, 1 Queen, 1 Full, 2 Twins.
Parking: Assigned parking on site for 4 vehicles.
Pet Policy: No pets allowed.
Prohibited: Pets, Smoking, RV’s, Boats, Boat Trailers, Charging Golf Carts, Mail and Packages are not able to be sent to the rental.

Cancellation Policy: Full refund within 24 hours of booking, cancellations at 31+ days before check-in will receive a full refund after a $350 cancellation fee is deducted, cancellations at 15-30 days before check-in will receive a 50% refund of monies paid less a $350 cancellation fee and less than 15 days prior to arrival is not subject to a refund.  All policies are subject to possible additional refund based on re-rental, excluding non-refundable cancellation fees and travel insurance (if applicable).

    Sweet cottage that is very close to the beach. Easy walk to the beach, restaurants, coffee shop, surf shop/rental. Quiet dead end street with very little noise. Kitchen had everything we needed. Deck was perfect for enjoying the evening. We’ll be back next season.

    The house is in a decent location, beds are adequate and there was enough space for our family, BUT we found an enormous dead roach upon entering the place, literally inside the entrance. Then we noticed the bathrooms hadn't really been cleaned because there were hairs in the bathtubs and under the toilet seat. When we called the rental company, they apologized and sent a cleaning team out the next morning and said they'd spray for bugs. The cleaners came and the bathrooms looked much better. The second night, we found another enormous roach, dead by a chair downstairs. The kids were scared to sleep down there because they thought bugs would walk on them at night. I called again but was told it's just part of being down there and at least they were dead. Seriously. If you spray for bugs and find them inside after several months of service, please understand that you need an exterminator, not just pest management. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

    We found the house to be perfect for our needs. The downstairs provides a space for children to play or watch tv separate from the upstairs main area. There is one bedroom that does not have a tv, which would be nice.

    2 minute walk to the beach / pier on a quiet side street. We used just the main floor which had plenty of space. The unit was nice and clean as well. We enjoyed our stay!
