First impression-nice, clean, simply decorated unit. Some items were a little outdated but accommodating. The beds were comfortable. There were a few small concerns with operation of items but this was resolved.

Reviewer Comments: This home was equipped with everything you would need for a week's vacation. We had 2 families, 7 people total, and it was the perfect amount of space. It was pleasantly decorated. We were very pleased with everything about it.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It was good. However we had a 10am check out and cleaning crew shows up at 8:30. Plus found trash behind and under bed in the bedroom behind the kitchen.

This year though the house was a little run down and it isn't being cleaned very well. The front door did not have a shade on the window. The island countertop look like it had been broken it was warped. The shower curtain in the bathroom kept falling. And this year there was a family upstairs with five kids. Something really needs to be done to soundproof the bottom half of this house. for the stomping and running and jumping and all that noise started at 6:00 in the morning. And went on till 9:00 and 10:00 at night.
