Wonderful house, great location, clean, and had everything we needed

Owners were incredibly responsive whenever I had any questions about their property. Very kind and courteous when communicating with them. A for all their timely responses.Property is perfect for families. Great indoor and outdoor deck space to hang out, enjoy sunsets, cook meals together, and whatever you choose. Master suite was so very spacious with an incredible view. All bathrooms are nice and remodeled and current.Nicely stocked with towels and ammenities. For those that prepare meals, there is everything you need in the kitchen in terms of dishes, pots and pans, etc.Very short walk to the beach--location was awesome to get to the beach quickly.We had a great stay!

The house was beautiful! The location was FANTASTIC! The views from the top floor were stunning! This house was the best equipped and stocked VRBO home I have ever stayed in! These hosts really provided a lot of extras!

We loved our stay! The house was perfect for our family of three sons and their significant others and one small grandson as well as my husband and myself. It’s a very short walk to the beach and in a quiet neighborhood setting. It was very comfortable and relaxing and plenty of room to spread out. The views of the ocean from the upper deck were lovelyThe kitchen was nicely equipped. We made many delicious meals in house. The owners were so easy to work with and incredibly responsive. We’ll be staying again !

The house is one of the best we’ve stayed in and is better than it appears in the photos. It’s just a short walk to beach so I recommend bringing a cart. Beds are comfy, kitchen is well stocked with quality pots and pans (which I’ve never seen before!!). The house was perfect for our crew of 4 kids and 3 adults. Best outdoor shower, ever!! Lastly the owners are extremely responsive and helpful. Some things to note - the washer/dryer is pretty small. And the deck isn’t one where you can sit out while it’s raining because of the way it was designed (we had a lot of rain so that was a bummer). We will definitely return to this house without question.

This was our second year renting this unit. It is just perfect. No more than two minute walk and you are at the beach. The place is clean, well supplied, and comfortable. I am from Wilmington and my wife and family have been coming for decades. Renting this home is a simple know brainer, Lastly- the landlords are incredibly responsive to any questions or issues you may have. They genuinely want to have a great time.

We had a lovely family vacation here with 8 people. Our stay was peaceful and we enjoyed a walk to the beach ( 2 minutes) every day and a walk to the coffee shop (about 15 minutes) The house had everything we needed to make several big dinners. Maybe bring your own spices but other than that the house was equipped and delightful.

We love Wrightsville Breach, and this is an ideal location! Roomy well equipped home in a great location! Dealing with the home owner was seamless and efficient. We would definitely rent this property again.

Very well-supplied beach house with amazing views and great layout for family/friends with plenty of communal gathering/eating space. Loved the basement playroom with ping pong table!

I have been coming to Wrightsville Beach for many years. This home is best place we have ever stayed. The communication was world class. The house is so perfectly located. It was clean and had all the amenities one would hope for. Mike and Mindy were a delight to work with. Would stay in the home every year!

Our hosts were easy to reach and very responsive. The house was gorgeous and nicely stocked with paper and plastic products! The living area and kitchen were expansive and easy to hang out in. The kitchen was appointed with lots of cookware, sharp knifes (!) and dishes and lovely to cook in. The view from the master was magnificent. Can't wait to stay here again.
