August Palms - a coastal haven just steps away from Wrightsville shore!

We had a wonderful 4 night stay in November for our Tennis tournament. (There were 8 of us, some only stayed for a couple nights.) Everything was in good condition- very clean, comfortable, and well decorated. There were ample towels, soap, shampoo etc. We used the coffee station and laundry machines. We enjoyed dinner a couple nights in the dining room, which was a a real treat after being out and active all day. The host was very responsive. Parking that time of year was no problem. It was wonderful to be able to take walks on the beach. The linens on the beds were all cotton which is super important to me. Would definitely stay there again.

We spent 2 nights here over Thanksgiving and everything was perfect. The house is beautiful, charming, and well-appointed. The house is steps to the beach, but also just a block or two from restaurants and bars. The front porch was huge and comfortable and we were lucky to have beautiful weather and were able to enjoy being outside. We had 3 generations staying together and everyone loved the house, we hope to come back!

Great house and great location near the beach. Unfortunately we were there during a Nor’easter so we didn’t get to enjoy it much, but the house had all the comforts and amenities to enjoy a relaxing weekend indoors.

This property is beautifully decorated. Many of the guests were saying how much they wanted to mimic the decor in their own homes! We had a catered dinner party and the space looked amazing! Everyone also slept super well which is a plus with a big group. The location is great and only steps from the beach as well as restaurants and a market in town (i.e. juice bar and coffee shop, mini market, Tower 7 Mexican food, etc.). The host was amazing and super responsive. We had some questions come up during the trip and she responded in the matter of minutes to help us out. She really wants her guests to have a great and relaxing time and it shows! Would definitely stay here again and recommend to others.

Terrific house, very clean, and comfortable for our family of eleven people. Host was great, answered all of our questions. Great location.We spent a lot of time on the large front porch.Thanks for a great week.

This house was so well put together. We rented it for a celebratory weekend. The butler's pantry, equipped with a second fridge was key! The manager was great about communicating ahead of time (items the house was stocked with/answering questions) and throughout the stay as questions arose. The decor was a perfect neutral background and created an easy place to set up for a gathering. The bedrooms and number of full baths ensured everyone was comfortable. The parking situation was the real winner! Not only is there street parking available, but behind and on the side of the house the driveway was able to hold 8 vehicles! We all enjoyed our stay and would come back any time!

The house is wonderful!We all loved everything about it! The vintage renovated home was beautiful and so close to the beach.There were 9 of us girls celebrating our friendships and a few birthdays. The beds were extremely comfortable- great mattresses, the deco chic , the front porch huge and great for outdoor conversations and eating. Absolutely want to rent this beauty again and soon. The host/ owner was very personable and made us feel at home.love love love this house!
