Charming and convenient 3BR home w sound views!

Cozy and convenient cottage in a great location

Great location, listing makes it seem that the sound is directly in backyard of house and right on the water. Confirming my rental with property management was a little extra. Shouldn’t have to give you the names and age of every person staying.

The location of the home is a short walk to the beach and the inlet. The home is cozy and well stocked. Plenty to do around the area, would highly recommend to any family wanting a relaxing beach vacation.

We intended on a beach weekend with friends planned around a concert in the area. As it was, our stay was cut short by work, our friends couldn’t come and it rained - but the property was amazing and a short walk to the beach. We wished we had a longer stay and proper beach weekend to enjoy it! Would highly recommend this spot, and hope to return in the future.

Great location in the center of the island. Short walk to the beach even shorter walk to the sound. We love floating in inner tubes on the sound at high tide. The cottage was very clean and well equipped.

We just returned from our 5 night stay at Fisher Cottage and we had an awesome stay! There were some things about it I didn’t LOVE but overall it was great! The location was amazing! It took 5 minutes to walk to the beach! The view of the bay was beautiful and we literally sat on the porch the entire time. The outside shower was nice and we all used it. The interior was adorable but the only thing we didn’t like was the location of the bedrooms and bathrooms. Too close for comfort for my taste but it worked out just fine. I think there are too many area rugs. I know that sounds strange but a few of us tripped on the lips of the area rugs. We had to put a chair over it because it kept curling up. The doorknob on the storm door kept falling off and if the door shut it locked. Luckily the back door was un locked. Overall it’s great and I’d honestly stay there again! It gave us the overall island vibe that we were looking for!

Cute house with a lot of character. Definitely had a homey feel to it. We really enjoyed our stay.

We loved our week in the Fisher Cottage. The property is walking distance to the little downtown, the beach and the inner waterway is just few steps away with the view of the sunset from the porch. The covered porch was our favorite spot. Perfectly quiet. Just far enough from the Pier and the downtown but close enough to walk there and walk back with a bag from the convenient store/groceries. The Fisher cottage is clean and comfortable and has a sweet homey feel. Our family of 4 plus the grandparents had enough room to read, nap and play games. Kitchen has space and everything you might need. 4 stars bc it needs a makeover/ light remodel. The windows do not open.

Incredible. They rent this as a beach bungalow. And there is not a single window in the place that you can open. I would avoid this place. Totally wrong that they don’t communicate this up front. And it’s dangerous

We had the best time at this beach house! We gathered for a friends 30th birthday celebration and wanted to be in Wrightsville since all of our activities were there. This house was in the perfect location and peaceful on the sound side. Such beautiful sunsets from the porch! We loved our stay so much we hope to come back! Thanks for sharing your space with us!
