The main living area boasts an open-concept layout that’s filled with natural light, creating a welcoming space for gathering with family and friends. On this main floor, you’ll also find a cheerful guest bedroom with two twin beds, ideal for younger travelers or friends, and a full hall bath just steps away.

Stay Requirements: Saturday to Saturday rental in summer. Minimum of 2-night stay in other seasons.
Bedding Configuration: 2 King, 2 Twin, 1 Twin Day Bed, 1 Twin Trundle.
Parking: Assigned parking on site for 2 to 3 vehicles.
Pet Policy: No pets allowed.
Prohibited: Pets, Smoking, Use of Fireplace, RV’s, Boats, Boat Trailers, Charging Golf Carts, Mail and Packages are not able to be sent to the rental.

Cancellation Policy: Full refund within 24 hours of booking, cancellations at 31+ days before check-in will receive a full refund after a $350 cancellation fee is deducted, cancellations at 15-30 days before check-in will receive a 50% refund of monies paid less a $350 cancellation fee and less than 15 days prior to arrival is not subject to a refund. All policies are subject to possible additional refund based on re-rental, excluding non-refundable cancellation fees and travel insurance (if applicable).

    Location was incredible- so close to beach and shops. House was not the cleanest and there was not even hand or dish soap. Bed comforters were very old and need to be replaced. Awesome location but would not stay here again.

    The townhome was spacious and a great location. More amenities would have been nice, such as, hair dryer, shampoo, more dish detergent, etc. we enjoyed our stay!

    We had an A+ vacation staying at this property. We had 6 adults and everyone had their own space and bathroom which was really awesome. The kitchen is on the small side, but it worked out fine. There are enough chairs around tables to eat together or for playing games inside or also out on the deck. The location is near many places within walking distance and the beach is really close. I can't wait to stay here again!

    Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall, the unit was fine. It could use some fresh paint and new rugs (they were pretty dirty). Downstairs bathroom lights should be replaced - very dark. Internet was spotty. Location was okay but noisy. Brawl at bar one street away at 2:45 am was unsettling. Beach was very accessible and not too crowded. We love Wrightsville Beach and will return but probably not to this unit.

    Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We are assuming either the apartments either share the same code, or you never change them. As I was standing in the kitchen, some stranger typed in the code for the door, unlocked it, saw me, yelled 'oops', and then left. When we called Bryant Real Estate, we had to leave a voicemail because you didn't answer. You never got back to us despite us calling two times after. We will definitely never use this company again for our beach trips. You don't even have a door guard lock, just the code. Seemingly insignificant after the situation with the door code, but you also couldn't figure out the password for the 5G, so working remote was impossible without a hotspot.
