The view is absolutely breathtaking from each of the three oceanfront balconies. The lower two balconies also provide easy access directly out to the beach.brbrYour entry into the home is through the enclosed garage area, which can prove very convenient on a rainy day. The garage will accommodate one full size vehicle inside, and there is also enough parking outside to accommodate two other vehicles. In the garage you will find a full size washer & dryer conveniently located in an enclosed laundry area. From the garage there is access to a ground level patio on the ocean side, from which there is access directly up and over to the beach or up to the oceanfront balconies and the upper living areas of the home. brbrAs you leave the garage area you can take the carpeted stairway up to the first living level. This level has two large bedrooms along with a full bath between them. The ocean side bedroom has a queen bed with a large closet, ceiling fan and flat screen TV. There is a private oceanfront balcony complete with seating just outside the sliding glass doors of this bedroom. brThe sound side bedroom on this level is great for the kids; however, it will accommodate the grownups as well. It is equipped with 2 sets of bunk beds - (Sleeps 4). This room has a TV along with a DVD for the kids to enjoy in their private quarters. The room is decorated in a nautical theme with lots of decorative items displayed along the upper shelving, bordering around the complete perimeter of the room. This room also has a large private balcony complete with seating just off this bedroom.brbrAs you move on up to the next floor you will enter the main living level with living room, kitchen and a convenient half bath. The ceiling in this room has large exposed wooden beams and is accented with a large decorative ceiling fan with leaf shaped blades. Around the perimeter of the living room you will notice chair railing to match the decorative ceiling beams. For your entertainment there is a large 55 inch flat screen TV along with a DVD. WiFi is also provided throughout the property and out on the balconies. The living area has direct access out to a huge oversized balcony with plenty of seating. It is part of a small, upscale, intimate community that will make it easy for children, teens, and adults to meet other families, and make friendships that can last a lifetime.brbrWith no public parking, the beach is secluded and quiet, giving you and your family excellent beach access. The beach access and community pool access are directly in front of this home. The white sandy beach is very clean, and offers plenty of space for you and your family to spread out and relax by the sea. The home has 6 decks and you will find breathtaking beach views from both the front and back decks. This allows you to experience amazing views of both the sunrise over the ocean and sunset over the sound. (See photos) You can actually see the waves from the living area, and from the kitchen while eating or cooking, or while enjoying an evening in the hot-tub on the top balcony. Ample parking space will allow you and your guests to park comfortably, easily accommodating 6 or more cars in the driveway. You just couldn't find a better location. brbrThis home was built in 2020, originally as the private residence of the builder. The builder is known for his solid quality construction. The home features top-of-the-line appliances, furniture, and stunning upgraded accents and trim. It is tastefully decorated and features quality fixtures and flooring. There is a well-appointed kitchen and comfortable furniture throughout the home. You will be amazed at the quality of the granite and tilework (many upgrades that are definitely not typical in a rental home!).brbrThe home has wireless internet (with commercial router), 7 flat screen TVs, including one personal television per bedroom, and a Blu-ray DVD in the main living area. It's positioned in a quad, exactly as our home, in the front left corner so it is hard to see from the road but there is a community area closer to Island Drive that is easier to see, and the house to the right has an entrance flanked by 2 palm trees. It's also easy to reach from the beach, exit our home, go right and it is .3 miles on the right. There is gate access from the beach. No pool pass or identification is required but it is only available for Ocean Ridge guests. It is open approximately from May 1st thru October 15th from 9 am to 10 pm daily.brbrGetting Around:brWe recommend having a car for trips into town to access a wider range of amenities. A fully stocked gourmet style kitchen with Bosch appliances is something to be enjoyed, enhanced by views of the ocean and sound. The spacious kitchen also allows many helping hands to make the experience much easier on the main chef.brbrThe home was totally remodeled in 2006 to provide us with all the bells and whistles we wanted in a dream house. It is divided into two sections: upstairs for the adults to relax and visit; and downstairs for the younger ones to enjoy quiet time or to watch TV, movies, or play many of the games provided. And everyone can enjoy the shuffleboard table and beach games downstairs!brbrEnjoy all the activities associated with sound access including kayaking (several provided), canoeing (one provided), crabbing (crab traps available), and clamming. The house has a pier on a large marsh bay area that is safe kayaking for children (avg depth of 3 ft). The waterway is several hundred yards away and accessible at high tide with a small boat. Yachts and fishing vessels are a pleasure to watch from our decks and dock, as well as many varieties of birds including osprey, great herons, egrets, and pelicans. Relax in the hot tub while watching the sun set over the waterway and under the stars at night.brbrThe outdoor shower under the front deck is a great accommodation to rinse off all the sand and sunscreen from a day on the beach, which can be accessed using a private walkover across the street!
