Ocean, ocean and MORE ocean! Renovated from top to bottom! Great for families!

Great location and house! Plenty of room for two families of four. Property was very clean and well stocked with anything you need. Will be back again!

House is in a great location and has access to a lovely private beach. The house has been renovated and is in great condition. It is fully equipped and has everything our family needed. It has two outdoor porches overlooking the beach.

Beachbarn was a fantastic home that housed 2 families (4adults 4 girls). Shannon was incredible to work with and was attentive to questions leading up and during our stay. Location was very private and easy beach access. Beds were very comfortable and the house was so cozy. Plenty of room to spread out. Fluffy new towels in all bathrooms and water temp and pressure was on point! We all took advantage of the two decks on both levels each day. The kitchen had everything we needed for our range of meals. Highly recommend Topsail Steamers- (southern boil).

The Beach Barn is by far the best house around!! We had a wonderful week in this well appointed home. The kitchen has everything one needs for meals at home. We have found the beds to be comfortable in all bedrooms and the living room furniture and setup is so comfortable! This was our fourth year at this home and we have never been disappointed. The owners are wonderful if any issue does come up. My husband and I and both our daughters and their families feel like we are coming home every July!!

Our family enjoyed our stay at the Beach Barn! It's a beautifully restored beach house with nonstop expansive ocean views. The house was super clean and well stocked. The home was exceptionally clean. It was very well stocked with all the beach necessities and toys. The kitchen had every type of pot, pan, bowl, plate, cup, and cooking utensil you could imagine. Everything in the home was high end quality. The bath towels were plush and soft against my sunburned body! The two sets of upstairs bedrooms with connecting bathrooms were ideal to put the kids in one room and their parents in the other. The downstairs primary bedroom was perfect for the grandparents. I can highly recommend this beautifully decorated beach home.

This property has become an annual tradition for my family. The beach barn is absolutely perfect for a relaxing getaway. The home is meticulously designed for comfort and function. It comes stocked with every type of cup, bowl, towel, shovel, chair - you name it, she thought of it. 10/10 would recommend to anyone looking for calm, quiet beaches and a dreamy home with mesmerizing views.

Cannot say enough good things about this property. It was clean, attractive, exactly like the listing photos. The kitchen was well-stocked and so convenient to have beach toys, chairs and umbrella there. The beds were comfortable. We love a quiet beach and this was exactly that. Shannon was super responsive when we had a minor issue and also let us know the house was ready for early check in. One of the best VRBO experiences I’ve had and we will definitely be back!

We had a great time! The beach barn was full of charm, clean, and cozy. We had everything we needed and the porch was fantastic…non stop ocean. We saw dolphins and the sunrise was amazing. We hope to be back!

There aren’t too many places that would return to a second time. This home is perfect for families and very well supplied. The beds are exceptionally comfy. It’s very private, safe and the beach is right there in your backyard. Shannon has been accommodating and quick to answer questions….all in all, the perfect getaway.

This was the perfect house for our group. We rented as a family of 10 and loved the setup with the bathrooms in between the bedrooms. It’s also beautifully decorated. We don’t typically eat out, so having a stocked kitchen is important to us. We found everything we needed and more! There are puzzles, books, games, and toys supplied as well. Lots of outdoor beach stuff too, including great chairs and an umbrella. Our hostess Shannon was nothing short of amazing and was in contact with us as needed. It’s a nice quiet area, but close to stores and walkable to the pier. 10/10 would recommend. Book your time here, you won’t regret it!

We have enjoyed three years at Beach Barn Cottage! Our family of ten find the house to be most comfortable and fully supplied with all the kitchen items we required for the week! Having early morning coffee on the porch overlooking the ocean is always a treat!! Being so close to the beach was terrific with our grandchildren. And having a dining table to fit 10 of us was the absolute cherry on top! Family time is a reflection of the owners choices throughout the house! We'll be back for many years to come. I would be amiss if I didn't say how wonderfully responsive the owners have been every year!! Thanks so much, Shannon!!

We can’t thank you enough for letting us come stay in your home! The house was absolutely beautiful and exactly like the photos! The upstairs level was ABSOLUTELY PERFECT for our stay!!!! We had a room that connected to our kids through a bathroom while the other family that stayed with us had the same on their side as well. The beach was so nice and quiet as well. Perfect location and can’t WAIT to come and stay here again!!

My extended family and I had a wonderful time in North Topsail Beach. We were a group of 7 and the house was more than perfect for all of us. The beach house is beautifully decorated, with fantastic views of the ocean. You couldn't ask for a better location. We all enjoyed our relaxing week on the beach.

This home is beautifully decorated and has the perfect amount of space for a large family and extended family. Furniture, decor, dish ware, glass ware, etc. are high end - this beach house feels like a welcoming home!

I can’t even explain how much I’m going to miss this place. I didn’t want to leave. I love everything about the stay.
