It is a second row unit that has the best of 2 locations - Just 75 steps from the front door you will step into the clear aqua blue ocean, and the backyard boarders the tranquil intracoastal waterway where you will witness spectacular sunsets from all 3 decks. brYour family/guests will be most comfortable in our1400 sq. ft. newly renovated, beach home that follows all the Covid instructions for cleaning. brYou will enter the house on the first floor that has 2 bedrooms and a shared full bath. Bedroom 1 is a bright and sunny room decorated in beach motif with a full-size bed, dresser, chair and nightstand. The furniture is bright white and there is a full closet for storage. Bedroom 2 is down the hall and it has a queen bed, dresser and nightstand. The furniture is mahogany and it has 2 closets for storage. In between the two bedrooms is a full-size bathroom big enough to share with plenty of space for towels and personal items. Each of these bedrooms has an attached outside deck where you can sit and enjoy the ocean/sound breezes and hear the tides come in. The first-floor level is also equipped with a washer and dryer for your convenience.brThe second level is where the real views surround you. You will see water views from every window you look out of. There is a spacious and comfortable living room where everyone can relax, watch TV, read or play board games. The sliding glass doors bring you out to another deck with a fabulous view of the intracoastal waterway. Sit around the table and admire the gorgeous sunsets from here. brBack inside again next to the living room is a large dining room with a harvest table, 6 chairs, and a highchair. Adjoining the dining room is a spacious full working kitchen with many amenities you can use to prepare a delicious meal while your guests sit on one of the counter stools exchanging conversation and admiring the beautiful views. A half bath is right next to the kitchen. Sunlight always streams through the kitchen from the skylight and the sliding glass doors that go out to another deck facing the ocean.brRight next to the dining room is the 3rd level where the master bedroom and bathroom are located. This bedroom has a queen bed, dresser, nightstand, and it is nicely decorated in neutral refreshing colors. Another deck is attached where you have another birds' eye view of the many boats sailing down the intracoastal waterway to southern destinations. In addition, during peak season May-October for the trash ONLY there is an additional picked up day on Saturday too. It is part of a small, intimate community that will make it easy for children, teens, and adults to meet other families vacationing in the area, and make friendships that can last a lifetime. brbrThis part of the beach is secluded and quiet, giving you and your family excellent beach access. The beach itself is very clean, and offers plenty of space for you and your family to spread out and relax by the sea. There are breathtaking beach views from both the front and back decks, allowing you pristine views of both the sunrise over the ocean and sunset over the sound. (See photos) You can actually see the waves from the living area, and from the kitchen while eating or cooking, or even while enjoying an evening in the hottub on the top balcony. You can even see the sun rise over the ocean while lying in your comfortable oceanfront bedroom, or relaxing on any of the 6 private balconies. 3 of the 6 are privately attached to individual bedrooms. brbrNot only is it furnished for supreme comfort, it is spacious and is decorated to make you feel completely at ease and relaxed from the moment you walk in. We made this our home away from home and it is decorated that way. The high top resin deck chairs make sitting on the deck like sitting on a thrown. The view is breathtaking. A centralized elevator makes it easy for guests to unload luggage and groceries, or move from one floor to the next. brbrThe property has an enormous, oceanfront, community pool reserved for community members only, and sits on a private and secluded section of North Topsail Beach. The home has its own private parking and beach access (no streets to cross of course because you are on an ocean front lot already). Ample parking space will allow you and your guests to park comfortably, easily accommodating 6 or more cars, with a 2 car covered garage. You just couldn't find a better location. brbrThis home is newly built in 2020, originally as the private residence of the builder, and purchased in June to serve as a rental property. It features top of the line appliances, furniture, and stunning upgraded accents. It is tastefully decorated and features quality fixtures and flooring. There is a well appointed kitchen and comfortable furniture throughout the home. You will be amazed at the quality of the granite and tilework. (Many upgrades that are definitely not typical in a rental home!) brbrThe home has WiFi (wireless internet), 7 TVs, including one personal television per bedroom, and a Blue Ray DVD in the main living area. A home office with two computer desks and superior comfort computer chairs is provided for the convenience of remote workers and digital learners. Sleeping accommodations include 2 king beds, 3 queen beds and 1 pyramid bunk bed. brbrTopsail is a great place for families and fun. Enjoy quiet relaxation of the ocean breeze, watching the surf from the comfy high top resin deck chairs or a moonlight walk on the beach. You can visit the local golf clubs for a quick round of golf, or the nearby marina for watersport rentals, or charter a deep sea fishing expedition. brbrThe home has a private access to the beach directly in front of your door. This access is for villas drive rentals only. Enjoy watching the children play on the beach right from your deck or fish off the beaches right in front of your home. This property is also walking distance from the North Topsail Fishing Pier where you can fish for Spanish Mackerel, Spot, Blues, or many more. This pier is also a great place for an evening stroll with an incredible view. brbrDue to an upcoming change in the HOA rules, this house is now no longer pet friendly to guests.brbrEnjoy walking for literally miles on clean white beaches looking for prehistoric sharks teeth (Topsail is one of the few areas on the east coast where they are easily found) or gather shells or 'sea beans' (small polished pebbles) for your collection. When you arrive, beds will be made with crisp, fresh linens and complete sets of fluffy towels will be available.brbrYou must be 25 years or older to rent this property.brbrPlease notify our office if you're planning to bring a pet as the following pet policy will apply: A maximum of 2 pets are permitted. ONLY DOGS ARE ALLOWED. The pet fee is $250 plus tax for each pet. A pet fee will be added after booking. No dogs are allowed without prior approval and payment of a non-refundable pet fee, per pet. Undisclosed dogs will incur a minimum $300 fine plus tax. Violation of our 2-pet maximum policy will incur a minimum of $300 plus tax charge, per pet, plus the tenant will be in material breach of the lease, and grounds for eviction will apply. The pet must be removed from the premises immediately, and your reservation may be canceled with no refund given.brbr**Please note: All service animals and emotional support animals must be disclosed at the time of booking to allow the agent to collect records and documentation to support the request in accordance with all state and federal laws.
