The first (lower) floor includes a beautiful Primary bedroom with King bed, an attached full bath and balcony overlooking the sound, and a 2nd bedroom with a Queen bed and attached bathroom. The second (middle) floor is an open concept living and kitchen area with a convenient half bath. Balcony opening off of the living room for a beautiful sound view and off the kitchen for a ocean view. Seating for dining is available at a counter height bar and large kitchen table. This home is 4.5 miles north of the new Surf City high-rise bridge, near mile marker 12.
