Absolutely great house. Enjoyed every minute of our stay.

We love staying at this house. Everything is always perfect and the owners are very attentive. We've never had an issue but they've always answered any questions promptly. I would definitely recommend staying here.

I've stayed at lots of homes, but this one is amazing. Fabulous ocean view, beautifully decorated, laid-back location & it is stocked with every item one could possibly need. I always take extras, but no need here. Erik was a friendly & informative host. Information was clearly spelled out.Sneads Ferry & Surfside are a short driving distance away for grocery store We have already made a reservation for next year. I'll probably need more shells by then!

Fantastic in every way!

This house was a pleasure to stay in! The kitchen had every item that you could need. The deck was well equipped with deck furniture so you could sit and take in the views. I highly recommend this house for a Topsail vacation. The only con I have is I wish there where tv’s in every bedroom but other than that I was totally satisfied with the value of this rental.

We had a fantastic week. The house is as described very clean. You cannot control AC the owner sets the temperature (he will adjust the temperature when asked, which was nice) the beds are a little hard, but you get used to them. There are A LOT OF STAIRS, SO YOU WILL DEFINITELY GET A WORK OUT. The walkway to the beach along with the gazebo is fantastic. We enjoyed all the outdoor space with the nice furniture. The views of the ocean were amazing. We had a great vacation. Thank you for the use of your house.

Great clean house for family vacation.

We enjoyed our stay. The house is beautiful! You know that dreaded walk back from the beach, didn’t experience this here. WATERFRONT IS THE WAY TO GO! Loved that the beach wasn’t super crowded too!

This property exceeded the online description. The house was exceptionally clean and the views are spectacular. The kitchen has everything you need. The beach is clean and not crowded which is wonderful with small children. The hosts respond quickly. We would definitely stay at this house again.

This home had everything we were looking for! This was our first visit to North Topsail Beach and it did not disappoint! We plan to go back next year.

House, outside areas, and views were amazing! Host provided most essentials and it was clean! All of our family enjoyed their private space! Ample room for family meals and gathering together on the decks!

We just returned from a family vacation at this property. The house was beautiful and well appointed for young children and adults. Having a high chair, baby gates and pack and plays was very helpful. The beach wasn’t crowded at all and the view can’t be beat. There aren’t a lot of touristy things close by, but if you just want to relax and spend time with family this is the perfect place.

We really enjoyed our stay. Just a very short walk from house to the beach.

Gorgeous home, pictures do not do justice. Great location. Everything we needed and more we didn’t know we needed. We instantly felt at home. Owners were great, kept in touch and provided a welcome package so we had all information before we even arrived. I highly recommend and we can't wait to go back.

We loved everything about the house! We couldn't ask for anything better, well maybe a lift or elevator lol. It just made us realize how out of shape we were and all the steps gave us a good work out!

The house was beautiful! It was just as listed. The only complaint was the mattress in the master room. Other than that it was perfect! The owners were very quick to answer texts or emails before and during our stay!

The home is well appointed with plenty of comfortable beds, ample cookware/serviceware and plentiful seating inside and out. The views are spectacular and unobstructed. There is easy carport parking with a stretch of private drive shared with a couple of houses that allows for very easy coming and going onto the main road. The outdoor porches, decking and gazebo add not only extra space/seating but a truly special addition to the beach experience. The host was very responsive and easy to work with - easy booking, check in, check out and friendly reminders during the week. The only thing we would have changed was the length of our stay... it was too short!

This house was perfect for our week in Topsail. It is nearly brand new, and the location was great. We felt like we had the beach all to ourselves, yet we were still walking distance to the pier. Everywhere inside the house had a beautiful ocean view. Erik was an excellent host. We would definitely rent this house again.

We had a wonderful stay at this vacation property. Everything was as described in the VRBO listing and Erik was very helpful & responsive. It's a very quiet stretch of beach which was just what we were looking for. Would highly recommend and we would definitely stay again.
