Unobstructed Views and Beach at Turtle Time!

Our group consisted of 11, three generations aged late teens to 80, and there were activities for all at or very near the house. The set up allowed us all to gather for meals, socialize, play games and spend lots of time laughing, sharing and building memories.

Great place, great location, easy 2min walk to the relatively empty beach (during 4th of July week!!), and a pool to die for! Fun, fun, fun. For the most part, each day was the same for a party of 12 - breakfast, beach, lunch, nap time, pool, snack, beach, dinner, pool, and drinks for all adults after the kiddos go night night……then repeat!!

We loved the house and location! My only criticism is a broom and dustpan is needed. But it fit our family of 16 perfectly. Beach time and pool time were great!

We had an amazing time at this home! The beach was easily accessible and quiet, even during the holiday weekend. We had everything we needed for our family of 7. Kids loved the pool, hot tub was amazing too! We hope to be able to stay here again!

First time renting with Paragon Vacations. Excellent experience! Alan went out of his way to answer questions promptly (even before we rented), accommodated a request and had the tv set to the Masters channel before we checked in- what a special touch! The property was very clean, kitchen had everything we needed, pool was perfectly heated - our family had a great stay. House is across the street from the beach but has unobstructed views. The sunsets on the sound from the back were spectacular!

The house was in a great location just across the street from public beach access. Plenty of room on the beach, and great views of ocean and sound. Having the heated pool was a big plus for our toddlers. We would definitely book a return trip in the future. Thank you!

I love this island retreat! Everyone is very friendly,and helpful. Turtle time is a awesome house that might as well be listed as ocean front. Updated and very clean.would highly recommended.

The house is right across the street from public beach access, so location was fantastic. We had to call to request a new grill top for the small charcoal grill, and they actually delivered a brand new grill—which was super nice and much appreciated. The kitchen area is small, and there’s only one common area, but we didn’t spend a lot of time in the house. Lots of stairs, so not a great location if you have older folks in your group.

Overall wonderful stay! Property could use a few upgrades…..some doors to deck wouldn’t open or lock. A few loose spindles on deck (safety issue with toddlers). Need some new mattresses. Pool and location was great!

We did an extended long weekend at Turtle Time for Memorial Day Weekend. The house was perfect for our two families (4 adults and 6 kids ranging in age from 5 - 11 years old). The house gave us plenty of room to spread out with two bedrooms on the top floor and the rest on the first floor. We appreciated how well equipped the house was (I've never rented a house with so many plates, cups, etc. available to use - very helpful with six kids!) The beds and pillows were also very comfortable. We really loved the location and ocean access right across the street. We could easily come and go from the beach which was convenient with all the kids. Having both the pool and easy ocean access was great. This seems like one of the more quiet sections of beach on North Topsail. Even on the peak days of Memorial Day Weekend there were only a handful of people in either direction. Felt almost like our own section of private beach. We enjoyed the views of the ocean from the kitchen and deck / dining area outside. We also received great service from Paragon Vacations. While at out at dinner one night a HUGE thunderstorm/hailstorm came through and caused some electrical and internet issues with the house. Alan from Paragon was extremely quick to respond and work to get things fixed. He was very responsive and communicative as he worked through everything.
