Great condo with awesome resort amenities! Would definitely return!

The unit was NOT oceanfront as stated on the website-it was ocean view. The washer/dryer was extremely loud. The balcony seemed unsafe-there was exposed rebar and a lot of missing concrete above. The beds were not comfortable and we were given the wrong size sheets for the main bed. The closet door glass was cracked and a handle missing on that same door, so it was hard to open/close. The shower light in the main bathroom didn’t work. No handles on 2 of the blinds, so you couldn’t adjust them. But, the fact that it was ocean view and not oceanfront, as represented, was very upsetting!

There were several things that should have been corrected by whoever built these units. Light switches that didn’t line up with the hole cut in the wall for it for example. No problems with the owner whatsoever. Great communication. Parking was great, unit was great, clean, kitchen was well supplied with everything we needed. Will be back.

It was a beautiful view and easy access to beach and pool. Restaurant on site was excellent. Only complaint was not fault of where we stayed but there was no beach unless it was low tide, which I am sure was due to recent storm. Thank god we had the pool for high tide.

Very well appointed condo. Bed, linens and furniture were comfortable. I would return here in the future.

Lovely ocean view from deck in expansive one bedroom two bath property. Close to many great restaurants and awesome local brewery.

This was our first time staying at St. Regis in N. Topsail beach and it will become our annual beach place! We typically stay a little further south in Wrightsville beach but this location was so tranquil with lots of amenities. The condo itself was wonderful. The best thing about this particular location is that you can see both the ocean and the sound side of the island. This unit is located in the same building as ARGGGG which is a fabulous restaurant for a quick meal. Getting to and from the beach and pool is a breeze! The condo was very clean and I thoroughly enjoyed the linen service! It is equipped with all the essentials. The host was generous in letting us borrow some beach chairs that were in the nearby storage. The host was very responsive with any questions I had and answered many questions before I even asked. My family highly recommends this area and especially this unit and host.

The condo was as advertised. Check in was easy. Hosts were responsive.

it was a great little place. just what we were looking for, easy walk to the beach and pool. and great to have the little storage closet for all the sandy stuff so it didnt have to come into the place!

Condo had good view of ocean, was clean, comfy and quiet. Resort has pools, live music, restaurants, chair and umbrella rentals. I will definitely stay again.

We should have reserved a 2 bedroom. But was a very nice area. We will be back. The lint catcher in the dryer needs to be replaced as the one there has holes in the bottom all the way across.

Great weekend away. Easy walk to the beach, even enjoyed live music at the resort pool. The Condo accommodated our family of 5 perfectly.
