In the bedroom you will find a Queen size Bed, flat screen TV , bathroom with a standing shower, and check out that wrap around deck!! brbr** max of 2 small dogs w/ a $75 pet fee (not included in any total)br** $60 cleaning fee is included in your total brWe are a year round destination with flat paved roads and easy access to the property...less than a mile from Soco Rd. (main road running thru town). brbrWe have 6 - 400 sq/ft Tiny Cabins, and 5 - Luxury Yurts that are permitted as Single Family Homes...they all enjoy the comforts of home. The property sits on almost 8 acres, and there are 2 shallow fish ponds (no fishing) with frequent visits by our duck and geese families. The Elk trail runs thru the property, and if you're lucky...then you will get to see these majestic animals from a safe distance inside, or on the deck of your Yurt/ Cabin!brbrAll Cabins and Yurts have their own HVAC.brbrAll Cabins and Yurts have their own high speed internet/ Wi-Fi and cable TV...just in case you need to plug in while you're visiting. Trash cannot be left outside since we have too much wildlife in the area.....think bears, elk, racoons, groundhogs, turkeys, coyotes, etc. The directions to the recycle center is located in the cabin. It's just one more unique experience of mountain life. The drive is also paved and has downward steepness. There is also a parking area and turnaround at the top of the drive. No trailers. brbrStepping up onto the front covered porch you are immediately greeted with comfortable seating and a large gas heater for those chilly outdoor nights. A gas grill located there is perfect for feeding your crew inside. The smell of steaks and veggies on the grill will fill the air. brbrAs you walk in the door, a large open living space with vaulted ceiling awaits you. Overstuffed couches (one of which doubles as a pull-out queen sofa bed) and comfortable chairs are perfect for enjoying a roaring fire in the large custom stone gas fireplace or for catching up on your favorite television show on the large flat screen TV located there. To the left is the dining room with its high-top table for six, a great space to play cards or enjoy an evening meal with friends and family.
