The main level has a spacious master bedroom and large deck above the boathouse. The spacious main level master bedroom has a Juliet Balcony upon with you can step out and enjoy your coffee, tea, or wine while soaking in the view. The main level has a 2nd guest bedroom with a queen bed. brbrThe home will have a beautiful stone fireplace, separate bar and coffee station, dining room table and chairs, and a center island with modern kitchen.
