The nights can go down in the 20's. There are blue skies but there could be snow! The sun sets in the early evening. brThe forest is a mix of fir, spruce, and pine trees; with bright fall leaf colors of the Hard wood trees including maple, oak, cedar, black walnut, chestnut and buckeye trees! As the leaves fall you can start to actually see through the forest! I Mountain View's are now easier to see the mountains. We have a incredible northerly 30 mile view of the Smoky Mountains!
