What’s Nearby: The home is located just 8 miles to the Cherokee and Harrah’s Casino. Hike the trails in Great Smoky Mountains National Park, fish the Oconoluftee/ Tuckasegee Rivers, or raft the Nantahala. Perfect place for Western Carolina University WCU Alumni and parents of current students visiting. The house is a short drive to Waynesville, Sylva, and Bryson City which all have restaurants and shopping.

Parking Notes: Free parking for six vehicles and lots of turn around space. The roads and driveway are paved all the way up to the front door entrance. Adapted, wheel chair accessible.

THE PERFECT PRIVATE LOCATION
We chose this location because of its solitude and convenience to all of the attractions, restaurants and shopping. This two story custom built house styled cabin feel with wood floors, has so much attention to detail you'll never want to leave and the mountain views will capture your heart! The cabin setting is quiet with the only noise being the local wildlife going about their day. The cabin is surrounded by woods on all sides, except of course for the clearing of the AMAZING MAJESTIC view. This house cabin does not sit on a cliff, but is on a mountain slope and there is plenty of space to walk around. It sits on a 2 acre lot giving the kids a chance to go outside and play. It is on a private paved drive-way with very few other houses cabins. You avoid the feeling of being in a development with so many other cabins close together surrounding you. The only congestion you will find here is occasionally on the Parkway and Highway we have many suggestions as an alternative. You have seclusion while still being in the middle of it all at the same time. You come to get away and enjoy the mountains so why not with a little peace and solitude. The moment you arrive the memories will begin.

HOUSE CABIN AMMENITIES:
The cabin is loaded with all of the amenities for your enjoyment and entertainment. Relax in the living room on the leather sofa or relax on two fold out recliners -the very comfortable rocker glider by the stacked stone fireplace while taking in the AMAZING magestic VIEW or escape watching your favorite Netflix movie or DVD on the large Flat Screen. 6 person jetted jacuzzi tub that faces the view of numerous mountain tops. You will be on TOP OF THE WORLD at Elevation 4,600 feet for the area of APPALACHIAN MOUNTAINS. The main floor also has a full size CHEF'S KITCHEN with stainless appliances, large 8 people dining area, and stainless steel washer/dryer. The Master Suite with king size bed, 32 flat Screen, two walk-in closet, and a full bath including a two glass doors to walk into large shower.

Downstairs:
If you have a competitive spirit you can challenge your family to a game of pool; However if you just want to relax and have some fun with the entire family there are many board games.

The cabin is equipped with a wireless high speed free WIFI system, or plug directly into the fiber optic cable for the fastest internet available, so bring your laptop. You can surf the net from the comfort of the back deck and watch the sun come up while drinking that first cup of coffee.

It is truly the perfect place to make life long memories. The moment you arrive you know this is a special place. Whether you relax on the rockers, soak in the warm bath salt tub, snuggle by the fireplace, grill that perfect steak or just check out the ever changing view of the mountains as the sun sets. At the end the day, it is our desire in sharing our cabin that you put your feet up and recollect on all the memories you created that last a lifetime.

less than a mile from Blue Ridge Parkway. One hour from Gatlinburg, TN 45 minutes from Asheville, NC. 10 minutes from Maggie Valley, NC. 20 minutes to Cherokee, NC one mile over Soco Falls. OMG View! Over looking panoramic view. Enjoy easy access to the Blue Ridge Parkway 2 miles away. Once on the Parkway you can drive directly to Pigeon Forge for all the family fun for the day. Dollywood, Great Smoky Mountain National Park entrance, Hikes, Water Falls, Maggie Valley Breweries, ATV rentals, Winter Snow Slopes, River Rafting, and plenty of Fishing.
