Easy walk to Harrahs casino

House was roomier than it looked on line. Host was very good communicating up to arrival. After that I did not get responses. The master bathroom sink does not drain which was not a deal breaker yet annoying. Location was perfect and instructions as well. I would stay there again.

Second time being here and was just as amazing as the firsr time. Host communication is top notch. Easy walk to the casino. Home was clean and plenty of amenities that you would need. Highly recommend and will be back again.

It was just what we needed

Did not visit the national park. Kitchen was clean. TV reception was terrible. Outdoor guy was great!Entire house was dated but very clean. Enjoyed our stay . House met our needs.

This was my second time staying at this cozy house. It’s a perfect spot for a quick getaway and a short walk to the casino. I will definitely be back.

Great location that is a convenient walk to Cherokee Casino. The house is very clean and maintained. It has a retro feel. Communication was excellent. Would stay again!

We had a delightful time in Cherokee over the 4th weekend. We really enjoyed the house and especially the 2 outdoor spots. We would love to stay here again next year.If any improvements are planned in the future I would suggest a new shower head in the master bath, an AC unit in the front bedroom and upgrading the TV’s with Roku or Amazon fire stick or new smart tv’s. Trust me, no issues at all with the house and everyone enjoyed the stay.

Very nice property. It was quiet and clean. Only complaint was it had a little musty smell due to the age of the home. The porch was amazing and we enjoyed hanging out on the patio.

This property is in a great location. It was very clean, the beds are comfortable, and there is plently of room for family or friends. We went with 2 other couples. We highly recommend, and plan on staying here again in the future.

While getting to the property has you worried, the minute you see the home, it’s an amazing place.

We had a very pleasant stay. We loved the outdoor spaces. Used the grill one evening for dinner and it was very clean and easy to use. Rooms and beds very comfortable. Kitchen had everything we needed. Host very nice and was easy to communicate with and very responsive. would highly recommend this place to stay in Cherokee.

Great location right near the casino. Great outside sitting area and everything you need for a weekend away in the mountains while you enjoy walking distance to the casino and the beautiful mountains stream for fly fishing at a great value

The house location couldn’t be more perfect. It’s in the center of Cherokee and near the casino, yet it’s very private. I grew up in a house like this and loved the way Janean is keeping it as true to it's history as possible. The house was very clean and we loved sitting in the rockers on the back outdoor porch. While on the back porch we saw visiting rabbits and a family of deer two of our mornings. What a treat. The memorabilia of Ruby's life and her struggles and accomplishments makes this house really special. Janean worked with us adding an extra day due to the logistics of getting there after Hurricane Helene. It's a beautiful area of NC with many shops and we enjoyed driving around seeing this wonderful area.

The property host communicated promptly. The house was clean and cozy. Best of all, the location was perfect for visiting the casino. Overall, our stay was 5 star.

Ruby’s house was the perfect spot for the getaway I needed. I really enjoyed the outdoor furniture setup under the carport.

This property is amazing. Very clean. Alot of space. 2 minute walk to casino was great. Everything was so close that we actually saved on fuel. The host(owner) was amazing. The crew would love to come again when we do our yearly mountain trip. Thank you Jenean for a wonderful weekend.

Had our yearly golf outing at Cherokee. House was in quiet cul-de-sac. Very clean and quiet setting. Four bedrooms with plenty of space for everyone. Outdoor sitting area was covered and very comfortable. Very nice house with walking access to casino.
