**GORGEOUS NEW HOUSE** - Not a condo, not a duplex, not a townhouse. This is a private house with an elevator and private beach walkway. brbrBuilt and opened for rental in June 2018. PRIVATE BEACH ACCESS.br**LINENS AND TOWELS PROVIDED FOR NO ADDITIONAL CHARGE**brThis 4 bedroom house is equipped with an ELEVATOR!! You won't find that in most beach rentals - no struggling with your luggage and groceries. A private master suite occupies the top floor. It has a beautiful ocean view, KING SIZE BED, large bathroom, luxurious shower, and a comfortable chair by the window to read or nap. Two more bedrooms also have KING SIZE BEDS!!! The fourth bedroom sleeps as many as 5. All bedrooms have flat screen TV's. We request only Saturday to Saturday rental periods until after mid August. Remember, THREE out of four bedrooms have KING SIZE BEDS. Fourth bedroom with multiple nice bunk beds (see pics). The house features six flat screen TVs with cable (including HBO) and high-speed wireless internet service. Three bedrooms are on the first floor. One has a private bath and one has a private balcony. There is one additional bathroom on the first floor, with a beautiful tile shower. All bedrooms have hardwood floors and nine foot ceilings. The elevator provides service to all floors, so no need to climb stairs with your suitcases. The house and all furnishings are absolutely new as of June 2018. Flat screen televisions are in all bedrooms, the living room, and even the kitchen (SMART TV's). The second floor has a 10 foot ceiling and open floor plan with ocean view. Large, fully furnished, beautiful kitchen with granite countertops and a huge island. A great front porch provides westward views of the waterway and sunsets. There is a sleeper sofa in the living room if an additional bed is needed. This sleeper has a special mattress that is far more comfortable than a typical old-fashion terrible sleeper sofa mattress. A nice laundry room features a new washer and dryer, along with lots of storage space. Plenty of parking available for up to six cars. A nice outdoor shower (with hot water) is located on the ground floor. The private walkway to the beach extends directly from the parking pad to the beach sand. We also provide 1 beach towel per person, 2 bath towels, 2 wash cloths, 1 hand towel and 2 make-up cloths per person.
