We are Unit B (South Unit), a 2200 sf duplex with 3 living floors. Elevator with carport access. Duplex shares a private beach ramp with rinsing station and bench seating area. The beach ramp is a 66 foot walk to steps that take you to the sand and waves.brbrTop floor has two king master suites. One oceanside with king bed and beachfront balcony and a streetside second master suite with king bed. Third floor kitchen has breakfast bar and large island, large dining area, half bath, and beachfront living area with 43 flat screen. Bottom floor has two queen bedrooms, one bedroom with 2 sets of full size twin mattress bunks, large full bath, and laundry closet. Five flat screen TVs: 43 in main living area, 40' in both master bedrooms, 32 inch in one queen rooms. and 40 inch in the second queen bedroom. Granite countertops, hardwood floors, and luxury vinyl planks in all bedrooms. brbrCarolina Beach is on an island. As such, we are at the end of the line when it comes to internet access, cable TV, telephone, electric and the like. There may be interruption to utilities which are beyond our control. If your vacation trip is dependent upon having perfect internet access, then you may need to look somewhere other than Carolina Beach. We experience intermittent internet outage as do most customers on the island.brbrLocated within walking distance to downtown restaurants, bars, shops and summertime beachfront amusement park. Downtown Carolina Beach is .50 mile north either by street or beach. Near Fort Fisher State Park and Southport Ferry. Parking for four vehicles. This is a non-smoking beachfront property and pets are not permitted. No events are permitted. High Season rentals (Memorial Day to Labor Day) are Saturday to Saturday rentals with a seven day minimum. Exceptions are possible but difficult during high season. The other is a studio apartment on the far side of the property that sleeps 2 (it does not have direct access to the pool) They each can be rented separately or combined to sleep 6, 12 or 14 (the other unit is VRBO #472895 and the other is on the other main home rental site, under the name Dancing Oaks, The Studio). brbrOnce you arrive you will walk through the courtyard past the beautiful pool to your unit. It is a single story building which means no stairs! Also no upstairs or downstairs neighbors.brbrThe first bedroom has a queen bed and the 2nd has a queen and a set of bunk beds allowing this unit to sleep a total of six. It's perfect for families or a group of friends.brbrThis is our home away from home and is set up for peace, comfort and enjoyment. There is a full kitchen that is stocked with all the supplies you need for wonderful meals or a quick bite. Including a full size fridge, range, microwave, and dishwasher. brbrThe bathroom has recently been remodeled and has a tub shower combo. This pool is only shared with the other two units in the complex (the other vacation rental and the caretakers). brbrIt is just two and a half short blocks (about a 4 minute walk) from the beach and the board walk. The entire walk is on a sidewalk and there are stop lights and crosswalks at both intersections. So you are right in the middle of the action but as soon as you get back 'home' you will experience the peace and quiet of a private residence.

We have great rental companies on the island we would be more than happy to share the info with you. We also do not supply laundry detergent, body soap or shampoo/conditioner as we find everyone has their own preferences for these =) Please review our house rules prior to your stay There is a Beach re-nourishment done in Carolina and Kure beach every 3 years. This helps to keep our beaches safe from erosion. Please note that we have no control over this project and that it is normally concluded by May, but there is a possibility of delays.
