We had an amazing time at this property! We don’t have any complaints. Perfect for our family of 4. Everything was very clean and the location to the beach was great- very short walk. Would definitely go back again!

This property was perfect for my daughter's 16th Birthday at the beach with 5 of her friends. I slept well in my room while the girls enjoyed the bunk beds! It was less than a 1-minute walk to the beach access. The additional private showers out back were super convenient and plenty of room for all of us inside. It couldn't have worked out better!

Everything was as advertised. Very close walk to the beach, basically a 1 minute walk. My son counted the steps and said it was 100 steps to the beach. Close to the boardwalk, but far enough away from the crowds and people. Craig was easy to connect with and available when needed. Plenty of room for family of 4, great showers out back. Lots of beach stuff to uses downstaris.

We had an absolutely wonderful long weekend at this location. We are two adults, my husband and myself, 41, and two girls, 4 and 7. Everything is incredibly kid proof - no sharp edges, baby gates available if needed. Great blinds that cover windows to provide dark sleeping environments for kids. No cords or electronic equipment are available down low to sticky fingers. Low bunk beds. Would definitely recommend for families with infants and older. The kitchen was really well stocked with seasonings, minor kitchen materials, and everyday cooking equipment. I was shocked and pleasantly surprised that they provided dish soap, trash bags, dishwasher detergent, extra toilet paper, etc that you don’t normally receive. That’s a huge plus. The location is fantastic. A block away from the beach so we walked each time. Restaurants all around. You could walk to a lot of different places. Everything you need is right there. Publix was a quick 8 minute drive if you need to stock up on essentials. Overall, we were very happy. Owner was extremely communicative. Sent us info to check in days ahead of time. Let us know that the cleaners had already finished and we could check in an hour early! Texted to make sure we were inside the house and everything was ok. He had great suggestions for local restaurants. Also made sure we had a good check out. Overall, a huge 5 star rating, especially for young families. My husband and I were very happy and plan to book this location again.

The host did a great job communicating. The location was perfect and the house was clean and well maintained.

We stayed Memorial Day weekend. Craig is an excellent host. Very generous and easy to contact. Rental was as stated in VRBO ad. Location was excellent. Very short walk to the beach and far enough away from the boardwalk to not be as crowded. We would stay here again!

This was a great house and location!! Host was quick to answer any questions I had and messaged me not long after arriving to make sure check in was smooth and to see if there was anything we needed. I usually over pack with extras for the kitchen but there was really no need for that. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. The location was great short walk to the beach access. Neighbor across the street was very nice. My spouse went on a fishing charter one day and enjoyed it. There are quit a few just across the street at the canal. Very pet friendly our dogs were very happy also. In short we are looking forward to when we can go back and will definitely book again at this location.

Everything was great centrally located in the town walking distance to everything. Would definitely go back!

Great little beach cottage, perfect location between the intercoastal waterway and the beach. Beach access is directly across the street. Food, coffee, restaurants, all within a 10-minute walk. Cottage was clean and equipped with everything you would need for vacation. Loved the porch/balcony. Craig's communication was top notch and very helpful. Would definitely recommend, and we look forward to coming back soon.

Craig the owner is reasonable guy. He understands all the situations. Our girls had a wonderful week in the house, they enjoyed every minute of the stay. The house is clean and neat. The location is perfect, near the beach and the town. The girls loved it. Thank you so much for allowing them to stay and celebrate their graduation.

Well-stocked! Loved access to the beach chairs, umbrellas, beach buggy, etc. House was ideally situated, host was friendly and easy to communicate with; extremely responsive.

We had a great time!! Place was perfect for us! Loved all the bunk beds - as we have 5 kids! Also really enjoyed the proximity to the beach!

We thoroughly enjoyed the house and location. The house was clean upon arrival. The beach access was easy to pull our wagon across. (No steps to cross). You’re close enough to the boardwalk that you can avoid driving if you don’t mind a short walk. Will definitely be back.
