Queen bed in the bedroom and full futon in the living area. Both have great memory foam. 1.5 baths and minimalist configuration is ideal for couples, small families, and girl's trips! Washer and dryer. Wifi w/ roku + cable. Linens, towels and paper products provided. We have owned our little gem for many years and take very good care of it. We thoroughly clean and sanitize it ourselves after each visit. No pets, parties or smoking please. Come enjoy our recently renourished beach!
