This property is on a great location. You can see the beach and waves from the balcony. Very clean and has everything you need. The washer and dryer are absolutely my favorite. Would definitely go back again.

My husband and I took our 13 year-old daughter and our four-year-old grandson for a couple days before school gets going back for us as teachers. The place we stayed was beautiful and it was so easy to get to the beach and drive down to the boardwalk for fun. We had a wonderful time even though it went by quickly. Everything in the house was beautiful and just as described. We hope to be back again sometime.

This condo was absolutely perfect for our needs and would be great for any couple looking for a beach weekend. Literally no complaints, the place had everything we could have needed to enjoy our short trip and was charming. Also, location can’t be beat - it is situated just away from the chaos of the main boardwalk area, but can get to that within a 4 minute drive when needed. Steps away from beach access. Really enjoyed having access to a pool too! Would definitely book again.

The location was awesome! Right across the street from the beach. The only issue we had was the futon in the living room. We used it as a bed and it was comfortable but it was a pain to put it back to a couch so we left it down. So no couch. The property was exceptionally clean!

Perfect for the two of us. Short walk to beach and pool. Condo was comfortable and clean.

We had an amazing stay here! The unit was clean and organized and had everything we needed! Loved the proximity to the beach and the quiet area! We will be back!

My daughter and grands enjoyed a lovely stay here. Everything was perfect and clean - the bed and futon were so comfortable. We were just minutes from the beach. It was nice the way the bathrooms were conjoined. And, it as nice having the coffee and tea provided. So thoughtful! Would definitely stay here again if there were just the 4 of us. You won’t be disappointed should you choose to stay here.

My daughter and I had a short trip. The condo was very clean and easy to find. We loved hearing the ocean with screen door open.

My partner and I were looking for a lowkey place to take a much needed break before summer ended and this place was perfect! It’s the perfect size for two adults. I think anymore than 2 adults would have ended up being a little cramped - but do able! Everything was very clean when we checked in and the host was kind enough to have binder with all the information we could possibly need in the kitchen. The kitchen was a little sparse in terms of tools but not a big deal for us because we ate simple sandwhiches or just ate out. We also rented bikes while we were there and this place is perfect biking distance from all the little local shops and restaurants. Which is super convenient because parking at Carolina can be difficult and pricey. The walk to the beach from this little gem of stay was super easy too! We had no trouble finding a good place to sit. We unfortunately didn’t get the chance to use the pool but it looked very nice and well maintained. We would absolutely come back and stay here and are so grateful this place was available :)

We stayed overnight. Never turned on the TV, but the WiFi worked well. The beach was close and easily accessed. The owner was very responsive and welcoming.

We had a wonderful time here. The rental was clean, organized and I really appreciated it was stocked with small things like dish soap, trash bags, and paper towels. The neighborhood is quiet and if you want to be social there is a tiki bar walking distance. We really enjoyed our stay and hope to return.

We come to Carolina Beach each summer with our grandson and this was a good location for going to the beach. The pool was a great addition when we were done with the ocean. Since we were two adults and one child, the space was fine. I think 4 adults would be crowded.

Parking is not great for larger bed needs replaced but room was great

A wonderful trip. The Gem had everything you needed. Parking and distance to beach was great! The only thing I would add to the Little Gem is a chair in the living room for us old folks who need to put our feet up. lol...Everything else was awesome!!!!

Small cozy condo that was perfect for 2 day getaway with my granddaughter. Location just a few steps from beach with ocean view to the right side from the outside deck. Fully furnished with everything you need for a comfortable stay!

I purchased a 2 day stay fir my mother and grandmother. The host was extremely accommodating and very responsive. My family said they had a great time and that is all I could ask for. Great location and a cozy home away from home. Highly recommend!
