Great place to stay!!

Great place to stay! Seems newly renovated. Love the kitchen setup and privacy fence. Two smart TVs with streaming subscriptions

First, this little place is perfect for a small family stay. The space had ample room, the kitchen had what you needed and it was close to whatever you wanted to do. Second, and most important, is the level of customer service I received from the property owners. We stayed while a tropical storm turned in to a Category 1 hurricane. They contacted us, answered questions, made sure we had what we needed.... Great people. Great home. Great location. Cant wait to go back!

Ths stay was good. Broom and mop should be in the room.

The unit was “cozy” indeed. 3 of us Literally crawling over each other. This was also a “no party” place and yet the owners rented out the main suite of the house to 2 dozen kids who partied about 8 cars on the front lawn and partied all weekend till 4 am. Which was pretty lame.

Me and my boyfriend went for a nice quick getaway for our birthday and it was perfect. Small but big enough for the 2 of us. Very clean which was most important to me! Thank you for making this such a nice getaway! I would definitely stay again!!

Simply amazing! Super cute little space with a wonderful host! Kera was so kind and willing to help accommodate our needs. We will definitely stay there again when we return to Carolina Beach. My mom and I took a short trip to North Carolina over Memorial Day weekend! This cozy, little one bedroom/studio place was perfect for us. The place was clean when we arrived and the Checkin process was super easy/efficient. It was conveniently located - far enough from the hustle and bustle of the boardwalk but close enough to enjoy all that Carolina Beach has to offer. The first night, we did have to reach out to the owners due to the people on the connecting side being ridiculously loud but we received a prompt response and we didn’t hear anything the rest of our stay. I would recommend this place for a single person traveling alone or a couple of people.

Place was as advertised and a great location for walking to beach and dinner.

Loved the property! Directions was so clear on how to get into the studio. Very clean & private. Has everything you needed for a small get away. Loved the closed in patio. I’ll definitely be visiting again!
