Kure beach also has a pier, which is about a mile away and makes for a nice stroll down the beach. brbrAt the far south end of the island is the Fort Fisher state park with large uncrowded beaches, the aquarium, and the ferry to Southport. brbrThis beautiful home is centrally located.
