We are a short walk to 6 eateries/bars including ice cream, a hidden gem breakfast place, pizza, dessert, and two of the most popular places on the island (The Spot Bar & Grill and Ocean Grill & Tiki Bar). We are a less than a 5-minute walk to the Ocean Grill/Tiki bar which is one very few true ocean front dining/bar options on the island and our personal favorite. brbr**Private Beach Access**brOur unit is not adjacent to a public beach access and has its own private access. This typically provides for a much less crowded beach area.brbr**Spacious Ocean Front Deck**brWe have a 4-person bar height table with comfy chairs for ocean front dinners, family board games, or just relaxing to watch the waves. We also have a 2-person surfboard bar which is great for morning coffee or night-time drinks.brbr**Covered Deck**brThe ocean facing deck on our unit has a roof over it which is a rare find for top floor units. This is crucial after a hot day on the beach or when it is raining and you still want to sit outside and watch the waves.brbr**Abundant Natural Light**brMany condos have one sliding door on the front and one window on the back. This unit has an oversized 3 pane sliding door and window on the front with two sliding doors and a window on the back.
