Perfect for last minute getaway. Clean and very accommodating. Perfect location and waking distance to my favorite coffee shop and the boardwalk restaurants. Area was quiet and peaceful.

Great location - easy walk to the boardwalk and other restaurants but still far away enough to be fairly quiet. Great amenities - clean and comfortable. Washer and drier was new and a nice amenity. Parking and check in were easy. We would definitely stay again when back in Carolina Beach.

Fully equipped kitchen and unbelievable location! Balcony was a picture perfect view of the ocean. We will be back!

This condo is nicely put together and comfortable. It has a great ocean view and is steps away from the beach by private walkway. Rick was completely attentive, the ideal host. Can't be beat!

Our second stat here for girls weekend and it was amazing! Very comfortable condo, fully stocked kitchen and bathrooms. Really had everything we needed. The sunrises are stunning. We will be back!

Condo was clean, easily walkable to the boardwalk, balcony view of the beach, have rented several years from Rick and it’s always a 5 star. We had a hiccup with the door but Rick returned the call and a solution was made quickly.

Great condo for two couples. Location was perfect - walking distance to many shops, restaurants and bars. Loved the large balcony - beautiful view of the ocean- spent a lot of time out there.

Great property for a weekend getaway. So nicely appointed. The oceanfront view from the balcony was fantastic! Lot’s of great restaurants within walking distance too.

The unit was beautifully decorated. It was a little dirty and the front door key entry was very difficult. It took 3-4 tries each time to get into the unit. I was always nervous that I wouldn't be able to get back in. Maybe it needs the batteries changed. The owner, Rick was very nice and accomodating!

Beautiful property, incredible ocean views, right off the deck and a very short walk to the beach. This condo was completely well stocked kitchen, family room two incredible king-size bedrooms with great mattresses each with their own bathroom. Great host very available to speak to when we needed him. Everything was perfect. It was a great vacation

This was THE perfect place to stay in Carolina Beach! Clean and convenient, we can’t wait to come back!

The condo was perfect for our family of 4, comfy beds, updated bathrooms and kitchen, much larger deck than for most condos with a gorgeous view. The location was perfect, the beach outside the condo was wide and not too crowded. But we were able to walk to the carnival/boardwalk in the evenings one direction, and walk to the tiki bar in the afternoons the other direction. The rest of the time we spent on the beach enjoying the waves. This condo thought of everything, no detail forgotten. We have rented many places over the years and this was def tops. We were so happy we didn't need to go and buy a bunch of things to cook at home as well. We baked and even did a boil from the Cape Fear boil company as well as a few other meals at home. We really enjoyed the Shuckin' Shack for some great seafood, the Veggie Wagon, and Vinnie's pizza. We are already planning our next stay, it was all we could have asked for in a beach vacation!

Right on the beach, second story. Clear unobstructed view of the beach. The condo is very new, very nicely decorated with a beachy vibe. It has everything you would need for an enjoyable stay. Drip coffee maker and a Keurig. Large refrigerator, nice full size washer and dryer. New appliances. We all loved the condo. My only point is be prepared for quite a few steps. The covered carport is actually the first floor, technically the second floor is floor 3. But, I am 71 and we tend to overpack, so I had to make a few extra trips. Saying all that we would definitely rent again. Thank you Rick for a wonderful week at the beach. We can't wait to do it again.

This property was perfect for what we needed - my mom's 60th birthday weekend! The beds were comfortable, property was very clean, and it was just a short one minute walk to the sand! The owner was also very responsive to all my questions. Located far enough from the boardwalk that you have some privacy and it's not so busy, but close enough that you could walk (although it would be a long walk). FYI - Parking is expensive in Wilmington!

The property was as described and probably the cleanest place we have stayed at. The ocean view was beautiful. Rick was very responsive and we would definitely stay here again.

This spot is perfect for your stay at Carolina Beach. Easy access to the condo, a parking spot and easy access to the beach. The beds are comfortable. A 15 min walk to the boardwalk. The condo has everything except shampoo and conditioner and body soap, which is listed as not providing. We missed it but there are tons of stores around to get it if you forget! The beach closer to the boardwalk has a lot of people, the beach in front of this place has so many less people which makes it the greatest amenity as well as a deck to drink coffee and watch the sunrise! Great spot!!

Great location! Walk to Boardwalk, Veggie Wagon market, restaurants. Beach is just steps away! Comfortable condo, great seating on balcony. Watch sunrise, listen to the waves…Very tasteful.

Great property and location!

My 84-old mother and I came to NC to meet my first granddaughter. My mother also wanted to have one more trip to the beach in her life. Even with the winter storm, we enjoyed our stay. The last day, as the sun was rising and rays streamed across ocean…dolphins began to breach the surface. #Breathatking…

Stayed for a couple of days. The place was very clean, supplied with everything we needed. Location was perfect. Within walking distance to boardwalk and several places to eat. The beds were very comfortable. Plenty of seating in the living room and on the deck. No complaints. 10/10

The location was super! It was nicely updated and decorated really cute. However, the finishes were cheap and in disrepair. One of the patio sliders wouldn’t lock. The master shower door kept coming off of the track. And the second tub/shower wouldn’t drain and filled up with standing water.

We couldn't get to the condo the first night due to a tropical disturbance that flooded the area. The owner was wonderful and refunded the first night. We were able to get there the next day. Beautiful condo, beautiful views. Highly recommend.

Excellent stay! Exactly as pictured and described; beautifully renovated and decorated with beach vibe. Incredible view and so close to the get out on the beach. Perfect location- close enough to walk to center of things, but far enough so that the beach wasn’t crowded. Host was highly responsive and gracious. Property was very well stocked with everything we could need, including kitchen. Extremely clean! Highly recommend.

This condo was exactly what we needed as a group of 4 women getting away for a long weekend! The kitchen was very well stocked with any supplies that we needed, the condo was very clean, and the walk to the beach couldn't have been shorter. We were close to markets, shopping and good restaurants. The owner was incredibly responsive to all of my questions. We would definitely stay here again!

We had an awesome extended weekend with our friends in this wonderful condo. Both couples had king size beds in the bedrooms, and essentially, our own bathrooms. Also, the balcony was perfect and the view was absolutely amazing!! Rick, the owner, was VERY responsive. We had a snafu with a lost key fob, on the day of departure, and it was almost a HUGE situation. In the midst of the stress, Rick was so empathetic. He didn't rush us, and even though he was in midst of his own busy Monday, he was responsive in between his tasks; and he called and offered suggestions during the whole ordeal. His last suggestion of checking the local FB page to see if someone found the fob, on the beach, was worth gold!!! It was there. This tells me that this owner is someone who cares, and it shows in the quality of the rental because we had everything that we needed for our stay. The comfort level of it all was top tier!! Highly recommended!!! And we will definitely return!! Thanks Rick!!
