Though in the midst of mountains, the driveway is flat and the house is easy to get to. brIt is surrounded by some cattle pastures, so you may see and hear cows. (Please do not enter the pastures if cows are there!) There is river access for guests a short walk away. brbrSince we are in a rural area, you may see deer, wild turkeys, coyotes or other wildlife. Please do not leave food or trash outside for them to get into!brbrBoth to respect those with allergies and because we are in a rural location, we do not allow pets or smoking and will charge at least a $200 additional cleaning fee for violations of the no pet and/or no smoking policies.brbrbrGuest access:brOther than the garage and a closet that we use for storage, guests have access to the entire house!brbrOther things to note:brbr-While cell service is unreliable in the valley, we do have strong wifi in the house and a house phone.
