Charming Blue Ridge Mountain Home!

This 4-bedroom, 4-bath Burnsville vacation rental home is in the Mountain Air Country Club with waterfalls and hiking trails on-site! You’ll have easy access to year-round fun with Asheville, the Blue Ridge Parkway, and Wolf Ridge Ski Resort just a short drive away. In between outings, relax on the deck and enjoy the views or play in the game room.

The property has a fully-equipped kitchen for preparing meals for a large group and seats up to 12 people for dinner at the dining table and kitchen counter. With three king-size master suites and a queen-size bunk bed with it's own living area, this property can sleep up to 10 adults. The upstairs game room includes a pool table, large screen TV and game table where you can relax in the evening.

There's a large outside patio deck that spans the width of the structure, with gorgeous long range views of the Blue Mountains. There is also a smaller terrace on the downstairs level. Barbeque and utensils available, along with an outdoor table/umbrella and Happy Hour Bar porch counter to enjoy the view.

Bring your dog too! A dog fee plus taxes applies for your entire stay. With prior approval, a maximum of two medium-sized dogs are permitted. Proof of up to date vaccinations required. Please note that dogs must be kept on a leash at all times while out of the premises and are never permitted to be left alone on the exterior porches. You must also pick up after your dogs.

Prior to your stay, a Welcome Packet link will be sent to you by our 24-7 property manager. Your Welcome Packet will give you the address, check-in/check-out instructions, door entry codes, WiFi codes, house and property information as well as local suggestions of things to experience. You will also have to fill out an information sheet required by the Mountain Air Association to be able to access the community. This information will be do no less than 5 days prior to your arrival.
