Redstone Mansion - Luxury Mountaintop Views of Pisgah National Forest

This house is amazing. That would be enough on its own but the view is unrivaled and cannot be put into words. Highly recommend this place. And to top it off the hosts couldn’t be any better. They are extremely professional and courteous. They thought of everything and even more. I can’t say enough good things about them.

This home is as beautiful as the pictures. It was an incredible backdrop for our small elopement. We were even able to bring our two small dogs. The host were excellent and even had a welcome basket for us congratulating us on our new chapter staying here for the week was like nothing we have ever experienced. The scenic views were incredible. We even had a few days of rain and we could see the waterfalls in the mountain and then a beautiful double rainbow. The kitchen is huge and allowed for several people to help prepare the meal without getting in the way. It was well stocked with plenty of supplies to cook with. Overall 10 out of 10 and we hope to be able to visit again in the future!

You cannot beat the views. If you are looking for a place to relax and get away, this is a lovely home to do so. We had an unexpected delay with our check in date because the water pump went out. But, the owners were kind and flexible. They were will to provide some options that allowed us to still get into the house as soon as the maintenance work was done. And, they stayed in close contact giving us updates along the way, as well as texted to ensure we arrived and were settled in. They left us a wonderful gift basket of snacks, cocoa mugs, champagne and special little spa treats. The kitchen was fully stocked for making any kind of meal you could want. The private mountain views from every room were amazing!! Three things to be aware of to ensure the property is right for you: The home has a number of beautiful and unique pieces of art as well as concrete floors that probably aren't the best fit for small children. There are a few steps down to get access to the front door and the master bedroom is upstairs. You'll have to drive 1.5 miles up a steep windy gravel road to reach the property. They do warn you that 4-wheel or all wheel drive is recommended, but that is no joke. My husband and I truly enjoyed our stay in this unique and beautiful home and would consider staying again if we are ever in the area. If you are looking for a place to retreat that has it all, yet is close to many area adventures, this is a wonderful choice!

Just got back from a long weekend with my husband and two children (13 & 16). The property is absolutely gorgeous. Fantastic views, wonderful outdoor space, and a gorgeous home with a great layout. We spent hours playing board games at night and sitting by the outdoor fireplace under the stars. The location is perfect. Just a few minutes into town but you're really in the heart of nature. We even woke up one morning to see a mamma bear and her two cubs right outside the window. It's clear how much thought and attention to detail was put into this home. My husband and I love to cook and have stayed in very few properties that have everything you need in a kitchen. Redstone was all that and more with a professional range and fully stocked kitchen. Owners we're attentive and quick to respond and even worked with us when we had a last-minute family emergency. Would not have changed a thing and we'll definitely be back.

Rented this property, the camper and guest house and it did not disappoint. The views were amazing. Great location for a wedding with the house and yard overlooking the mountain ranges. Gregory and the property manager were very accommodating. I would recommend this to others. Thank you for letting us have our wedding here. My wife and I can't wait to come back.

Redstone is breathtaking! The check in process was seamless and we were met with the most beautiful welcome. Gregory was so prompt answering all of my questions. We will definitely be back again!

We just left the house and it feels like we left our home. The place is stunning with incredible decor and breathtaking views. We were fortunate to spend time with the owner and his spouse, which was one of the highlights of our trip. We're looking forward to returning in the near future.

We had a wonderful stay at this property. The location in mountains is unbeatable and the house is designed with windows and deck to allow you to appreciate the connection to nature both indoors and out. Greg, the owner, addressed our concerns, and Tiffany, the property manager, was a gem. Prior guests concerns about the road have been addressed (as per it's current condition).
