Papa Bear is located on the upper level, and is the larger of the two properties. It features 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms for a total occupancy of 8 guests. Upon entry guests encounterthe Game Room which leads into the living room, featuring modern furnishings, a flat screen TV, and a gas fireplace in a beautiful stone surround. The open floor plan features a fully equipped kitchen, perfect for making a home-cooked meal. Guests also have access to a full-sized pool table, great for shooting a game of 8 ball with friends.
Mama Bear, the smaller of the two properties is located on the lower level with a separate exterior entrance. Mama Bear features 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom for a total occupancy of 4 guests. Like Papa Bear, Mama Bear offers a fully equipped kitchen which is great for multi-group visitors who are looking to prepare separate meals. Mama Bear’s living room also features modern furniture, a flatscreen TV, and an electric fireplace. Kick back on the private porch and you may spot turkey, deer, or even a bear with all of the wildlife activity in the area!
The separate shared laundry room is located on the lower level with access from Papa Bear from an inner staircase, access from Mama Bear is through the exterior door.

Important Property Notes
• 4WD/AWD Recommended. During winter months or inclement weather, a 4WD/AWD vehicle is recommended. We recommend one with sufficient clearance (i.e SUV, Truck, or raised Sedan).
• No Fires Allowed. Please note that outdoor fires are not permitted under any circumstances at this vacation rental. Please do not buy or bring a fire pit to the property, or attempt to build or use a fire ring or campfire. Please contact our office if you have any questions, and thank you for your understanding.
• We strongly recommend CSA Travel Insurance to protect your reservation against unexpected events such as inclement weather, medical emergencies, or travel delays.
