The wall of windows lets in an abundance of natural light, or step onto the deck for some direct sunshine. The kitchen has granite counters, new appliances, and room for two at the bar. Just beyond is the dining table. On the main level, you'll find a king bedroom with it's own TV, mini-split, and ceiling fan. Just outside of the door is the entrance to the full bath with a tub/shower combination.brUpstairs is the queen suite, also with a TV, mini-split, and ceiling fan. The attached bathroom has shower for guests' use. Downstairs in the bunk area, with a twin over twin bunk bed with trundle underneath, and a separate full sized bed. There is a sofa and mini-split for comfort. The garage is accessed from the lower level and is set up as a game room with a ping pong table. We went sledding behind the house, tubing, ice skating and snowboarding at sugar. We enjoyed the cabin so much that we ate all of our meals and spent our downtime here. The small town of Boone and 'Peace of Mind' gave us so many beautiful memories that will forever be treasured. There are no neighborhood amenities available to guests at this home. The subdivision is quiet and there are residents/guests that frequently walk through the neighborhood.brbrGuests are permitted to access all rooms of the house except for the owner's closet.brbrOur 3 bedroom, 2 bath home is spread out over two levels and also contains a third climb-up bedroom loft (with two full-size built-in beds and 32 TCL Roku TV) that is open to the main level family room below. The front door opens into the family room and kitchen on the main level with an open area concept and consists of a couch, loveseat, 55 TCL Roku TV and sliding glass door which leads out to the main level deck. There's also a half bath and a laundry center off the great room.brbrTo the other end of the home is the first of three bedroom suites. This luxurious space has a king bed, stone accent wall, SmartTV, and attached bathroom with a makeup vanity, separate tiled shower, and double granite vanity. The picture window in the bedroom has spectacular views of the Blue Ridge Mountains.brbrUpstairs you'll find a loft with built in shelves and a desk, a perfect spot for those who want to catch up on a good book or have to take care of some business while in the mountains. To one side of the loft is a king suite with a SmartTV, views and a tub/shower. The third suite is on the other side of the loft for privacy.
