The Ivy - Located Near Downtown, ASU and Shopping.

This house is perfect for 3 guys on a fly fishing trip to the Boone area. Immaculately clean and furnished. Have stayed here multiple times, and will definitely stay again in the future.

Pictures do not do this home justice! It's a spacious home, with updated appliances and fixtures, a huge kitchen, dining room big enough for 6, and a great back yard. (we put out some bird seed on the picnic table and watched all the different birds native to the area come by to visit) It's situated in a quiet neighborhood, yet a 5-minute drive gets you to 3 different grocery stores, countless eating establishments, both chain and local, the ASU campus and downtown Boone.The owner was great as well. Communicating with her was a breeze.Without a doubt, this will be our command central when visiting Boone.

This home was extremely clean. I rent homes in Boone a few times a year to visit my daughter at App State. You cannot beat the location. The kitchen is large and well stocked. The beds were very comfortable. The bathrooms were stocked with high end towels and luxury shampoo, conditioner and soap. The host was incredible. I interacted with her multiple times and she was delightful and very responsive. Will rent this home again.

We were in town to watch our son play baseball against App State. This was a wonderful house in a quiet neighborhood. House was very clean and very comfortable. Kitchen was one of the best stocked kitchens of any house I’ve ever stayed in. Great appliances. Beds were very comfortable with great sheets. Bathrooms were clean with nice towels. Fantastic and thorough information of area amenities and offerings. Would definitely look to stay in this house again Should I be in the area. Owner was very accommodating and friendly in all communications. Great stay and highly recommend!!

We enjoyed our stay! Easy to find, solid communication and the house was immaculate. This house was well appointed - the beds were incredibly comfortable, the linens and all bedding quality and the bathrooms were well stocked and had GOOD towels. No IKEA furnishings or linens here! I plan to book again when we return to Boone.

Everything was just perfect from arrival,also super nice as a hostess keeping us informed of everything check in and check out was a breeze.Super clean house 14 minutes from slopes.My teenagers had a blast plenty of room,cards and puzzles.

The house was spotless and very comfortable. There was enough room for everyone to sit in the living room, dining room and back porch. The kitchen was clean and had everything one would need. We were very grateful for the local coffee. Communicating with the homeowner was very easy. The house was in a great location close to restaurants and grocery stores.

This house is beautiful and very clean. The host has instruction guides conveniently placed throughout the home. The 3 bedroom and 3 full bathroom set up is great for a friends or couples trip. The home is spacious and cozy overall excellent choice with entertainment in walking distance.

The house was amazing, clean, in town, and well appointed! The beds were the most comfortable beds in any rental we’ve had. It was perfect for what we wanted. The only thing we missed was a grill and that’s only because we like grilling a meal during our mountain stays.

This is a very welcoming and cozy home. We enjoyed the spaciousness and comfort of the house, which had all the necessities for our 3 night stay. The location is great, enabling you to get around Boone easily (look for the backroads to avoid traffic). There are many wonderful places to dine and we especially enjoyed The Beacon (less than 10 min from this house). Fantastic food, service and live music! Thanks for a lovely visit - we'll be back!

The Ivy was a perfect house for our girl weekend. There were 3 of us, so everyone had their own bedroom and bathroom. The house is fully updated, very clean and well stocked with everything we needed. The beds are very comfortable. Bathrooms are super nice, too. The house location is also perfect - just a short drive to downtown Boone and Bowling Rock. Elizabeth was a great host. She makes sure we had everything we needed and also very kind to offered the early check-in. Will definitely stay there again in the future.

We had a great time staying at The Ivy during our couple of days in Boone. The house is in a nice, quiet neighborhood, but is still close enough to downtown Boone and App State that there's plenty to do within a short drive. The home was perfect for us. The house is very modern inside and has everything we needed for a pleasant stay. Everything was as described in the listing and Elizabeth answered any questions we had very promptly. I would happily recommend this house to any family spending some time in Boone.

We ate out for all meals. There are so many great places to choose a variety of delicious food. The house is as beautiful and accommodating as the pictures! And Elizabeth is the best host!!

The Ivy - modern and cute-was perfect for my family and me. The entire place was well-appointed and comfortable. We were close to campus and downtown, both of which we visited out of nostalgia. The neighborhood was quiet, and our time in Boone was restful and full of fond memories.

Perfect place to stay while in town for our son’s wedding. Excellent location in a quiet neighborhood. This house has everything you need to feel at home and has been tastefully renovated. The host also quickly communicates to any questions. We definitely plan on staying again.

As as Realtor and an VRBO owner myself, I am particular... and I cannot say enough about this precious place in Boone! The home itself feels great the minute you walk in. It's so well appointed with contemporary updates you feel like a guest in someone's home. It has ample spaces for everyone to enjoy- 3 bedrooms, a family room, a dining room and spacious kitchen, along with a sweet enclosed porch and a huge back yard. Elizabeth thought of everything: the beds are delightful, complete with linens and duvets. The towels make you feel like you are in a luxury hotel. The shower heats are delightful and if you get the owners suite ... it has a Nutone heater that keeps you warm when you finished showering (clearly I lucked out) My friends kept saying: it's just SO cozy! The kitchen is stocked with anything you need if you plan to cook- even coffee AND creamer - to get your day started. The location is great- on a quiet street near all the town amenities but still a quick drive to Heart of Boone and King Street. We were visiting to see my son - a student at App. But we all left saying: let's just come back here every year for a fun weekend in Boone! (PS Would be a great place for families coming for a fun football weekend!)

Our family, with adult children, spent the weekend in Boone. Each bedroom has a bathroom which makes it very convenient. Such a peaceful area and house! Close to everything in town. So clean and comfortable, with plenty of room for us to gather. We were able to be together and make great memories.

I hate to give this house such a good review because I fear I’ll never get the house again. This home was amazing. Stayed with my family (me, wife, two kids) visiting our son at APP. The home was pristine clean, well decorated and has anything you need in an amazing location close to APP State, food, shopping etc. I hope to be back soon. Thank you for an amazing weekend!!!

A great property, exactly as pictured. It had everything we needed and more for family weekend in Boone moving one of our daughters in to APP state and enjoying the area. 3 bedrooms, each with a full bathroom, was a definite plus. Good location to get to shopping for all items needed, (Publix, Harris teeter, Walmart, Home Goods, TJ Max etc). Host was super easy to work with, great communication. We will definitely be back!

Elizabeth’s house was great. It is exactly as pictured, was very clean and in a quiet neighborhood. It has been nicely remodeled on inside and is very comfortable. Lots of towels, dishes and coffee cups, etc. It is quiet and location is close to grocery stores and restaurants. We will plan to stay again when visiting Boone

I love this house and have stayed here before. It is a beautiful remodel that says, 'enjoy and relax'. My mom really needed a break from being a care taker and this was the perfect place for it. It is also convenient to many of the sights in the Boone area.
