Cozy cabin retreat with amazing view of the Blue Ridge Mtns. Very private and peaceful.

Kathy and Tom were great. Location is wonderful. Unfortunately we didn't have a smooth stay. As in any home things go wrong but Kathy was very quick to repair or replace. And it rained every day which again was poor timing on our part.But given the chance we would definitely stay there again.

My family loves this house; its location is central to all of our favorite places to visit in and around Blowing Rock. The porch provides terrific, peaceful, sky and mountain views, and the loft is a perfect play space for kids. The kitchen is well-equipped and the individual heating/cooling units in all the rooms keep everyone comfortable at night.

Had a lovely time. The home was well stocked and homey with a lot of knickknacks, but clean. The views were fantastic. Homeowner texted us about a fireworks show up the street and we had a glorious Fourth! The proximity to Blowing Rock town was fantastic.

We were looking for a place to just relax and enjoy peace, while having a little fun. This house was the perfect place in the perfect location. It was right off the Blue-Ridge Parkway, with amazing views. It is close to several towns for eating out or shopping. We found several near-by hikes. Enjoyed a night around the fire pit. I highly recommend this home away from home!

Beautiful view of the Blue ridge mountains, and don't miss the sunsets in the family room widow. Great place to stay, you will not be disappointed.

Spent long weekend in NC mountains exploring from Boone to Black Mountain. This house was the perfect home base! The listing is spot on and the the most distinguishing feature is the MAGNIFICANT VIEWS from multiple locations through the house! Relaxing by the wood burning fire place was most enjoyable after shopping hiking eating etc. The home was spotless,fully stocked, and had everything we needed. Communication with the owner was excellent throughout our stay. I HIGHLY recommend this beautiful property!

The view from this house is really exceptional and we enjoyed it from the porch, the living room, AND on its reflection in the kitchen window! The loft area is a great space that my granddaughter loved - the toys and videos were perfect for her when we weren't out and about. We also appreciated the exceptionally quiet mini-splits for personalized temperature control in all the rooms.

Beautiful view and overall very comfortable home. We spent a lot of time outside on the deck! The location was ideal and we loved getting on the parkway coming and going. My young kids enjoyed all the toys in the loft. We hope to be back!

The location and view were amazing!! Such a beautiful setting. Very relaxing. Home was well stocked and very clean. Kids had fun in the loft!

This was the perfect cabin for our stay with 3 adults and 1 teen. Great views! We would all like to come back and spend a longer time at the cabin.

We had an amazing 2 & 1/2 weeks in Blowing Rock. We loved the view and coziness of this property! It was very secluded in this amazing mountain neighborhood. We would definitely enjoy staying here again in the future!!!??

The view is to the north and that was perfect for viewing the auroras of May 10th. Perfect place, perfect time, perfect weather, and perfect view...it all lined up. The house is very quaint and this kitchen is one of the better equipped I've experienced through VRBO....lots of pots, pans, utensils, etc. We enjoyed our stay very much and communication with the owner was quick and easy.
