The primary bath is a sanctuary, offering a large soaking tub, a custom-built shower, granite double vanities, and a bidet.brbrVenture upstairs to the loft, transformed into a game room. Here, you'll find additional seating for relaxation, a foosball table, a triple twin bunk bed, and a twin-sized futon. Adjacent to the game area are two bedrooms, each furnished with a king-sized bed, smart TV, and captivating mountain views, sharing a well-appointed full bath.brbrStep outside onto the deck, accessible from the kitchen and dining area, and enjoy the new gas grill. The expanded deck features sectional seating and a fire table, perfect for soaking in the fresh mountain air or witnessing a spectacular sunrise with a glass of wine. For added safety, a locking gate separates the levels to keep children or pets secure on the main deck. The steps lead down to the lower-level deck, complete with a hot tub and fire pit. Additionally, a fenced pet relief area has been added to the grounds.brbrAlso located just six miles from the home is the Beech Mountain Club where guests can enjoy access to private restaurants & events, professional tennis, a fitness center, pickleball courts, and a heated pool to name just a few amenities. That is for member use only.br- Please be advised that private ATVs are not permitted in the community and will be denied entry at the gates.br- The North Pavilion is host to several summer parties including a Fourth of July celebration and concerts which guests are more than welcome to attend however, in the event there is a wedding or other private party, guests are not allowed in or near the Sportsmans Lodge.br- Guests are responsible for supplying their own recreational equipment (basketballs, soccer balls, tennis equipment etc.)br- The summer concerts are open to all guests however there is an admission fee for each person and cash bar for food and drinks.br- The main roads are plowed in winter, but 4WD or AWD vehicles are required November-March, and chains may also be necessary to access all properties in winter months. br- All Eagles Nest homes have an additional amenity fee in order to maintain the luxurious amenities.br- Eagles Nest is an up and coming community, with construction currently going on in several of its neighborhoods. Construction noises may be heard from 7am-7pm Monday-Saturday.br- Please note that all Eagles Nest homes have internet, but some areas of travel may not have cell reception.br- All BRMR homes offer well stocked kitchens with all utensils needed to cook meals. There is also a starter set of paper products at the house: a roll of toilet paper per bath, several garbage bags, a small vial of dishwashing liquid, a few tablets of dishwasher detergent, some laundry pods, a roll of paper towels, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and some makeup remover cloths. There are enough of these items for one night, or maybe two. We do not provide hair dryers. Towels and linens will be provided.br- Check in is after 4pm and Checkout is by 10ambr- Must be at least 25 years old to reserve. This person is required to be the person signing the agreement and must be one of the persons staying in the property for the reserved dates.br- No smoking inside the home. No trace of smoking left outside the home.br- Do not leave food or trash outside as it could attract animals. All trash must be bagged and placed in the trash receptacle indicated in the Welcome Book inside the house or your digital guidebook.br- No parties or gatherings above the posted occupancy allowed at any time. Keep outside noise respectable.br- 4WD/AWD and/or chains recommended during winter (Nov-March) for all homes. Travelers visiting during the winter months where inclement weather may be possible should come prepared with an AWD or 4WD vehicle, and chains may also be required if it snows. No refunds, allowances, or date changes will be given to travelers who are not prepared with the proper vehicle, as outlined in the Rental Agreement.br-This home allows 1 mature, crate-trained dog with an additional pet rent of $25.00 per night plus tax. Pets other than dogs are not permitted.br- Please note that the distances shown on VRBO's map feature are measured in a straight line rather than actual road travel distances and times. We cannot change their setting for this, and encourage all guests to independently verify distances to desired destinations.brbr- CANCELLATION POLICY - Bookings canceled 30+ days before arrival will receive a refund of the deposit. Bookings canceled between 15-29 days before arrival will receive a refund of half of the deposit. Bookings canceled within 14 days of arrival are not entitled to a refund unless the reservation dates are rebooked to another guest.
