We came up for Thanksgiving vacation. We came in on a Saturday and we left on a Wednesday. Everything was exactly how it was described. The cabin was located perfectly for trips to downtown Boone and Blowing Rock. Grandfather Winery was right down the street. The kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans and utensils. We stopped off at Food Lion to pick up supplies for the cabin. We cooked a couple of times but mostly ate out. The hot tub was clean and a perfect way to unwind after our day. We brought our 5 pound dog and there was plenty of space in the front for a quick stretch of the his legs. We saw a family of deer in the morning which was so nice to see. This cabin was a great find and highly recommended. I wish we were able to stay longer.
