If you are here to surf— there are some great surf breaks in Amagansett and East Hampton with Napeague and Montauk just a short 15-20 minute drive. The Farmer's Market with Amber Waves organic produce is 1 mile from the house. This gorgeous, pristine house comes with umbrellas and beach chairs, chaises, all linens, and beach towels. Wifi, cable, large flat screen TV (also downloads apps) and special kitchen appliances. The brand new pool heater and grill run on propane. The thoughtful, kind owners want you to have a great vacation. There is public pay for parking at Atlantic Beach or you can use your lease to obtain a beach parking permit. New fiber optic internet (200 mps) allows you to work remotely. Families with school children here, too. This property is very close to the bay beaches, ocean beaches, and town, yet away from crowds and traffic. We have a cleaning team that thoroughly disinfects the house and makes it spotless. Beach Passes are available for renters through the Town Clerk's Office. Pool is closed from the end of September through the beginning of May. If you want the pool heated during the pool season, an additional fee of $800 will apply in the form of an additional payment request after booking.
