Exactly as advertised - kitchen is very well set up and equipped - we made a full Christmas diner for 13 people. Very spacious, well kept.

Great home in a fantastic location for exploring the Montauk area! Host was very responsive. We have rented multiple times and hope to return. Fully stocked home with many amenities and a short walk to beach.

This home is beautiful and has everything you need for a great beach trip. Everything is comfortable, clean, and perfect for a group to coexist without being on top of each other the whole time. Plenty of parking and a quick walk to the beach. Would definitely stay here again!

What a wonderful place ! Easy to get in and out of. Four outdoor spaces so you can chase the sun or hide from the sun. Each deck/patio is well seated.Kitchen is well equipped ( could not find the fly swatter for the occasional beach fly ). Interior seating is spacious with all common areas on second level.Comfortable Beds and furniture.Easy walk to beach. Great time of year.A/C and ceiling fans kept us comfortable.Powder Room on Second floor was very convenient.Owner communicated well and promptly. Small issue with door lock was quickly solved.Private.Only thing that would have made it the best.... Coupons for the Lobster Roll Sandwich Shop two blocks up ! ( Yikes )

Our annual girls weekend was a great time in this home. It was the perfect fit for us. The home is beautiful, very clean, great open concept for a large gathering. Terrific beachy vibes. The neighborhood was beautiful, walking to the beach was so easy, and beautiful scenery.

House is exactly as described. Owner communication was top notch as was his response time. House was very well appointed. House was located walking distance to the beach which is key but it is on a major highway and alittle on the noisy side.

This was an amazing house in a perfect location. House is clean and new and the owner is so responsive. I would highly recommend. We have a great week in the beach.

We had wonderful Mother’s Day weekend stay! Spending time with family was most important to me and being in a clean, spacious and comfortable home made it the best. We explored Montauk and the beach was just a short walk away. We enjoyed having a nice dinner on the back deck and all had a good nights sleep. Thanks you to our hosts and I highly recommend staying here on your east end visit. Its the perfect location between Montauk and East Hampton and the Lobster Roll restaurant and Goldbergs is right down the street both right recommended as wel.

We spent Thanksgiving as a family here. Couldn’t have picked a better place. Super comfortable, clean and close enough for us to take nice, albeit chilly, walks on the gorgeous beach. Communication with the host was fantastic and he was very thoughtful and flexible regarding the check in and out. The house made our Thanksgiving as a family very special.

Myself and a group of friends stayed at this property for a week in November and we could not have been happier. The communication with the owner was fantastic and we even got an early check-in and a late check out. The House was clean upon arrival and was exactly as described. This house had everything that you need with a fully stocked kitchen and plenty of room for a large group. The location to the beach and hiking trails could not be beat. Looking forward to coming back to this property in the future.

Renting out of season, but still felt those summer Hampton vibes! Gerard was great at checking to make sure we were ok and had what we needed. The house is beautifully appointed and in the perfect location! Walk to the beach- quick drive to center of Montauk. Would stay again!!

This is a great house and I will definitely be back. There is tons of outdoor space and the living space is huge and great for hanging out. The location is incredible — just a 5 minute walk from a great beach. The house is stocked with everything you need (including lots of beach stuff) and the host was very accommodating and responsive.

We had a nice stay in Amagansett. The house was great layout for our group. Well equipped. Loved the proximity to the beach. The beach was really nice. Easy to get to montauk, amagansett and East Hampton so we had a lot of choices of places to eat. Host was communicative and easy.

Gerard’s house is absolutely gorgeous, the photos don’t even do it justice! The house is a very short walk to the beach and is stocked with everything you need for a great vacation. The location can’t be beat right in between Amagansett & Montauk, with just a short drive to either town. My group loved all the outdoor space and spent so much time out on the beautiful decks watching the sunsets. The wifi worked great, we had multiple people working from home during our stay and never had any issues & had plenty of space to spread out. Overall, we had an amazing time at this house and can’t wait to return!
