Three bedrooms and two baths on the second level include a private master suite with gas fireplace and spacious double vanity bath. Please note that effective June 1, 2023, pursuant to Chapter 523 Article II of the Suffolk County Code, we are required to collect and remit a tax rate at 5.5% of the per diem room rate charged for all rentals that are less than 30 days. This tax rate is showed when you proceed with the booking.
