Renovated Family Friendly 4 bedroom Cottage - Walk to Beach and Town

Although the listing pictures didn’t match the house we were in, it was a perfect house for our group attending a wedding. We especially enjoyed the bikes and the closeness to the village and the beach. Nicely stocked kitchen.

Comfortable, inviting, clean and superb location. We loved our time in this lovely home and can’t wait to return.

So clean and great

The house was very clean and well maintained. Kitchen is well stocked, beds are comfortable, and there were plenty of nice thick towels in both bathrooms. Step in shower downstairs was easily accessible but tub in upstairs bathroom was high to step in to with no grab bar and it was slippery. The neighborhood is quiet and a short walk from Atlantic Avenue Beach. Great location for exploring the area. Would stay here again.

The house was well stocked, light, simple and in the BEST location. Being able to walk to Amagansett town AND the beach was awesome. House worked perfectly, and we had everything we needed. Couldn't recommend more highly.

A clean, modern and simple (in the best of ways) house. Everything was exactly as pictured and described and Lori was so helpful and communicative. Highly recommend!

Despite the construction occurring next door and across the street, we had wonderful stay. Clearly the construction was in a rush to be completed prior to the onset of the summer season, but that couldn't have been helped by the host. She did respond and speak to the town regarding their work hours. (Lesson learned: Just make sure to ask about ongoing construction if you are planning on renting anywhere in the Hamptons.) The host provided an additional bike for us since we were a party of four. She was very responsive and helpful. The short walk to the beach is beautiful and the grocery store close by for essentials. Thanks for the great vacation!

We loved our stay at Lori's house! The home is newly renovated, well maintained and super clean. It was a short walk to town and the beach and we enjoyed the local restaurants and farms. We spent a lot of family time on the front porch and on the comfy swing. Lori was a fabulous host and we would definitely stay again, We were very sad to leave. Lori, thank you for a lovely stay!!

Lori hosted us for a week over July 4, 2023. The house is located 0.8 miles from the beautiful Atlantic beach, can easily walk there in about 13 minutes (we wagoned our kids over there). Alternatively, you can drive and drop off the rest of your party, drive back to the house, and bike to the beach. Bikes are a courtesy for use with the house. The house is tasteful, well-appointed, and conveniently located to town. The neighborhood is quiet and pleasant to walk around. Lori was very responsive prior to and after our stay. Everything during the stay was so smooth that we didn't have to contact her. We would definitely stay there again. Thanks for a great holiday week!

Lovely renovated home with a great kitchen for family meals. An easy walk to the beach and to town. We loved Balsam Farms, Amber Waves and Mike’s seafood shop and did not stray too far from the property.
