Stayed May 22, 2025We had a lovely stay. First bedroom is very large while second is much smaller, more ideal for kids but the bottom bunk is a full bed which helps. Outdoor area is great for BBQ. Proximity to the beach is unmatched. The kitchen is a bit limited if you are planning to be there for longer than a few days but adequate for simple purposes. Grill was in excellent shape and had a fresh tank of propane. Paul was extremely responsive and attentive as a host.

Stayed Sep 19, 2024Steps to probably the most beautiful beach in the Hamptons. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay, as did the dogs. We will definitely be back.

Stayed Sep 6, 2024Cute bungalow in a fantastic location - very close to a lovely private beach. Close to town and farm stands a well. Superb location. One note- the second bedroom does not have airconditioning- fans are provided but could get warm if outside temps are high.

Stayed Aug 30, 2024The cozy beach cottage is in a perfect location! It's a short walk to the beach and is close to shops as well. The house has a large outdoor space in the back and the gas barbecue was great! The host thoughtfully provided local shop and restaurant suggestions and was gracious throughout our stay.
