Here are the details: brDeparture Cleaningbr-All departure cleans will be by a professional housekeeper. br-The housekeeping team will have received thorough education and training in enhanced cleaning techniques due to the COVID-19 pandemic.br-CDC approved cleaning agents will be used throughout paying extra attention to high contact, hard surfaces (door knobs, counters etc) as well as sanitizing safely soft surfaces.br-Glasses and silverware will be removed from drawers and cabinets and sanitized in the dishwasher. For hygienic reasons, these items will be left sanitized and clean in the dishwasher for the rental guest’s or homeowner’s arrival. If time permits, housekeepers will, while wearing clean gloves, carefully place these items in the proper cabinet or drawer. br-A new check-out time of 10:00am and check-in time of 4:00pm will be implemented to allow extra time for the cleaning. No guest check-in will be allowed until the housekeeper has completed the departure clean. Tucked on a quiet street only a 10-minute walk from downtown’s shops, restaurants, and riverfront, our farmhouse gives you both space and convenience. Inside Space – Open, Airy & Comfortable: Step into a bright open-concept living area with vaulted ceilings and lots of natural light. There’s ample seating on the comfy sofas (all new in 2023) where your group can lounge and stream movies on the flat-screen smart TV. The adjacent dining area has a large farmhouse table where you can share meals as a group of 8-10. Our fully equipped kitchen is a chef’s delight – all-new stainless appliances, a coffee maker + nespresso, and cabinets stocked with cookware, bakeware, and spices. Whether you’re cooking a big breakfast or shaking up evening cocktails, you’ll have everything you need. We even include a starter supply of coffee and pantry basics. Off the living room, there’s a bonus game room/den featuring a game table, board games, and kids’ toys – a great hangout spot on a rainy day or a dedicated workspace for remote workers who need a quieter corner (free high-speed Wi-Fi reaches throughout the house). Bedrooms & Baths – Room for Everyone: With 4 bedrooms, everyone can sleep comfortably. Each bedroom is uniquely decorated and comes with plush bedding and room-darkening curtains for a good night’s rest. Three bedrooms feature queen beds (no fighting over who gets a real bed!), and the fourth bedroom is a fun bunk room – it has a twin-over-full bunk plus full futons, ideal for the kids or additional guests. (In total, the house can sleep up to 12 when utilizing the futons – perfect for multi-family groups.) Both bathrooms have been fully renovated with modern fixtures; one offers a tub/shower combo (great for bathing little ones) and the other a step-in shower. We provide plenty of fresh towels, a starter set of toiletries, and a hairdryer in each bath for your convenience. Outdoor Oasis – Large Yard & Patio: One of the highlights of this home is the huge fenced yard– a rarity this close to downtown!
