Beautiful 3 bedroom home on the banks of Mill Creek near Yellowstone Park.

With access to Mill Creek, a world class trout stream, just a few steps from the front deck, Mill Creek Retreat is ideal for folks looking for a quiet place to fish, relax, hike, hunt, cross country or downhill ski and visit local attractions, such as Yellowstone Park, just 45 minutes up HWY 89. The boundary of the Absaroka/ Beartooth Wilderness area is just up the road and Chico Hot Springs Resort with its famous hot pool and incredible dining is only 15 minutes away. The Pine Creek Lodge concert venue is 15 minutes down East River Road and Follow Yer Nose barbecue/Wildflower Bakery, voted best bbq in Montana, is also just a few minutes drive. The house, built in the 1950’s from local stone and timber, sleeps 6-10 people with additional cribs, car seats and a high chair for the little ones. There are three bedrooms, two full bathrooms, a fireplace, washer and dryer and a full kitchen (no dishwasher). Wi-fi service and a television make it possible to stream your favorite shows or catch up on your emails. The living room opens onto a deck with shaded seating that allows guests to relax and watch Mill Creek tumbling by. Children and pets are welcome, but please be aware that Mill Creek is a fast moving stream emptying into the Yellowstone River, and also that we are in an area of abundant wildlife, so it is very important to keep pets under control and a close eye on your children at all times. The property is a wonderful venue for weddings, family reunions and other gatherings, however, no parties or events may take place without permission from the hosts. There may be an extra charge for such gatherings. One of your hosts is a professional chef and may be available with advance notice to prepare meals for an additional fee. Additional guests will be charged at a rate of $25 per night. The fee for pets is also $25 per night. Minimum stay is 3 nights. We are looking forward to meeting you.

Parking the RV with services is an extra $100/day. brbrBEDROOMS: brbrUpstairs you will find 2 large rooms with a king bed in each, dressers and closets. There is a foosball table in the downstairs living area. Cozy couches and sitting areas. The office has shelves of books and games for your enjoyment. You will see a fireplace in pictures, however it is unusable and not operable. brbrKITCHEN AND DINING: A wonderful kitchen fully stocked with all you might imagine needing for prepping a simple or complicated meal. The dining table seats 8 easily with a leaf for additional seating. There is also an island with seating for 3 more. brbrOUTDOOR LIVING AND DINING: The gorgeous front and back yards both have seating and tables for eating and relaxing (both have killer views!) - we recommend enjoying the fresh mountain air as much as possible! A propane grill and tools is also in the backyard. The front deck has an easy to use firepit feature for a charming evening. brbrPOOL AND HOT TUB: The home has a state of the art above ground Endless Pool with swim current. This is heated and approximately 4-5 feet deep at the center. The hot tub is under the same cover, but separate with it's own temperature and jets. The pool and hot tub cannot be opened without a key. brbrLOCATION: Location is everything and this home has it all! A quick 5 blocks from downtown Livingston, a simple (and beautiful) walk down the hill gets you to the historic main street area with shopping, dining, live music, galleries, and more! brbrYellowstone National Park is a gorgeous 50 minute drive from the house. Bozeman is 25 minutes away. Bridger Bowl ski resort is 30 minutes away. Countless other road-trip-worthy Montana towns are within 1 hour! brbrYou can walk to town or take the provided cruiser bikes. The home does sit on the North side of the downtown area and there is a hill to climb, but this also is what gives you the great views! We recommend a vehicle no matter what for the area, as Montana is very spread out and you will drive to get to any of the various outdoor recreation areas.
